Wonderful getaway

I had a small family reunion (four women) over a long weekend in this home. It was absolutely perfect: beautiful clean house, charming interior design and fantastic location just a block from Main St. I am looking forward to visiting again!

Best Park City Rental We Have Ever Had!

The photos and description do not come close to doing this property justice. It’s massive, absolutely gorgeous, and has every last thing we could possibly have wanted. The beds and bedding were so comfy and the communication was exceptional. 10 out of 10 and we will definitely book again.

wonderful place to stay

The location of the house could not be better. approximately 2-3 blocks from the town lift and right in town for all restaurants and shopping. clean and well maintained only suggestion would be more details on how to work the primary bedroom tub jets. thank you!

suite for my wedding weekend

I rented this property as a local who needed to get out of my own home over my wedding weekend and it couldn’t have been more perfect! I hosted guests in town all weekend and was able to quickly walk up to the cottage and get around town, to-from the slopes, and to my venue with ease, all walking! Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.

Do NOT stay here during the summer months if you need more than one bedroom. The entire upstairs (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and sleeper sofa) is HOT and STUFFY (and we’re from Texas, we can take the heat). One vent upstairs blows no air, two might blow enough to make a feather move. If your kids are fine sleeping in an attic during the summer, this might be the house for you. Despite multiple complaints about this, beginning after our 1st night, not a single person from the management company (maintenance or otherwise) actually went upstairs to check it out until our last night. Throughout our six night stay, we received (1) two box fans which helped to circulate the hot air, (2) one maintenance check which confirmed the air downstairs was cool (thanks, but not the problem), (3) on our LAST NIGHT, one portable AC unit placed in the ONLY operable window upstairs (4) many ineffective, friendly generic (AI?) “we understand your frustration” responses from property management throughout the week. Otherwise, this house has an amazing location on a really cute block one street off of Main Street. It is charmingly decorated and updated. The owners obviously put thought into decorating and updating in an authentic way. Very clean inside (although porches/outdoor furniture were dirty and unkempt). Large, nice kitchen and downstairs bathroom. During the summer, you’re basically getting a super cute one bedroom cottage with an amazing downtown location.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughtful feedback. We’re sorry to hear the upstairs temperature affected your stay and that the resolution didn’t meet your expectations. When you first reached out, you requested additional fans for the upstairs and our team promptly delivered them. As your concerns continued, we dispatched maintenance to inspect the home’s air conditioning system and later installed a portable A/C. During those visits, and again in follow-up inspections after your stay, our maintenance team did not identify a mechanical issue with the home’s air conditioning system. Even so, we’ve continued to monitor the home’s cooling performance because providing a comfortable stay for our guests is very important to us. We appreciate you recognizing the home’s location, charm, and cleanliness, and we’re grateful you took the time to share your experience. Feedback like yours helps us continue improving the experience for future guests.
