Enjoy your morning coffee or evening refreshment on the lanai or the deck over looking the lake while you watch for manatees swim by or the mullet fish leap out of the water. There is an enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold running water. You are a 7 minute beach walk to the Sandbar restaurant. Or walk to Pine Ave to visit the various stores and eateries. The garage stores the clothes washer, dryer, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a beach wagon for your convenience to transport them to the beach. The home is 940 sq ft of charm with lake views that make even a rainy day relaxing!
