What a wonderful place to stay to enjoy Anna Maria island!! Loved it so much and only wish we could have stayed longer. Clean and convenient to walking to beach and restaurants. A park your car and not move it place to stay and enjoy the island! Very grateful we found this spot!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Cindy’s place! The location is perfect, and the house was very clean! Cindy was a great communicator and helped make our stay even more enjoyable! We would definitely recommend to any families looking for a fun beach stay!

Very nicely appointed pet friendly cottage that was perfect for us! The location is excellent, as it's within walking distance to the beach, gulf side, shops, restaurants and other amenities on the north end of AMI. The unit is stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom and items for the beach. We loved it! Kobe loved it!

The cottage was very close to the beach, 2-3 blocks. It came equipped with a beach wagon, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. Easy to transport all to the beach. Kitchen and bathroom were both well-stocked with essentials. Beds were comfy. We enjoyed the back screened patio for coffee each morning.Very nice cottage, very clean and comfortable. Close to lots of restaurants and shops.We very much enjoyed our 3 night stay and would recommend to other couples.

Great place for a beach getaway. Parking is tight at this place and if you have two vehicles make sure you stay off the sidewalks. They love to issue parking tickets.

There is plenty of room to park 2 vehicles at the cottage. These guests had 2 large pickup trucks and could have pulled up the driveway to fit both trucks without parking on the sidewalk but did not and received a ticket. I do not believe you can park anywhere in the country on a sidewalk without getting a ticket. Parking on the island is at a premium and they are very strict about parking.

Cindy was an amazing host …. Had no issue at all….. it was a gem in a bucket of diamonds , that stood out with its unique ambiance. Great location as well . We rented golf cart 5 minutes walk from stay; enjoyed beach at beans point, awesome beach… within walking distance to Waterfront restaurant..It was our 10 years wedding anniversary and it was romantic and peaceful!

The cottage was very clean and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Cindy was an excellent host and responded quickly to any questions/emails. The beautiful beach is just a few minute walk and also close to restaurants/shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Very charming cottage walking distance to food and everything. Easy beach access. Pet friendly was the winner for us and very nice Backyard. Host was wonderful to work with we hope to stay again.

Cottage was cute clean and 2 blocks to the amazing beach! Its in a perfect location with great dining and ice cream within walking distance. Check in was seamless. Its not the first time we've stayed here and look forward to returning!

What a great cottage. My wife and I have stayed in multiple rentals from the mountains to the beaches and I have never stayed anywhere where we never needed anything. Such a a fantastically stocked rental. On top of that it was spotless and as my wife says "so beachy and tropical. We will definitely be back.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! The owner was so great to work with and the cottage was perfect! A short walk to the beach and all the restaurants. We flew in and did not have a car, the cottage was equipped with everything we needed for a beach weekend, towels and chairs and coolers so it was perfect! We enjoyed the screened in back porch and the comfy recliners in the living room. Thanks!

Quaint. Very comfortable and charming. Large back area with Weber grill. Location is great for the North Island. Easy walking distance to beach, food, drinks, shopping, a morning coffee. Trolley stops nearby.

Amazing location! 2 blocks from restaurants and shops and only a block further to the beach. Cozy home that had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!
