This was an amazingly private unit located a short walk from the beach. It was so thoughtfully convenient to have a cart, beach chairs, and umbrella. The semi-private pool in the back which honestly felt private. Amazing location, clean and comfortable unit. The kitchen has a coffee maker, hot water, and is completely furnished with the essentials. We are so glad to have stayed here and are excited to book our next stay. Rasa was amazing! Fantastic communication. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Close to the beach. coordinating the golf cart delivery and pickup was so helpful. We could really relax regardless of travel delays.

We had a wonderful stay on AMI and this condo was in the perfect location!! Everything was as pictured and was very beautifully done! Our host was so very helpful. We would definitely stay here again

Everything was great. The location was peaceful and an excellent value on the best beach on AMI. We have stayed there before and everything we needed was there. Definitely needed this break and can’t wait to come back.

We had a wonderful three night stay. The unit was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The pool area is very inviting. We truly enjoyed taking time to unwind on the front porch with a glass of wine and around the pool area during the late afternoons. The beach is right around the corner an easy walk or short trip in a rented golf cart. The sunsets were beautiful. Communication with the hosts was easy and they responded very quickly to any messages. We will definitely return to this property on our next visit to Ana Maria Island.

Fantastic place to stay at the north end of Anna Maria. Pool was nice for a couple of kids, and plenty of towels and beach toys. Appreciated access to a washed/dryer, and decent kitchen things for cooking dinner. The lay out was spacious for a family of 4.

The host was welcoming. The apartment was very well stocked. It was clean and very comfortable. I loved the bikes that were included. Location is great.

Fabulous trip in a lovely ground floor apartment, walking distance to the gorgeous beach. Highly recommend this place and location. We will definately return.

Perfect location!

We loved staying here! The house had everything we needed including beach chairs, towels, an umbrella and bikes! We were able to easily get around to nearby restaurants without a car and loved the 5 minute walk to the beach.

Great place and host!

Our stay over the Memorial weekend was awesome! Nice place and location, with a short walk through the neighborhood to the beach. Pool was quiet and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

Perfect getaway! The property was a short walk to the beach and the kids loved the pool. The outdoor space was great and the property had everything we needed. We will most definitely stay here again!

A Wonderful Stay

Had a wonderful, restful and enjoyable stay. The accommodations are excellent, location is great. Rasa is a fantastic and gracious host - shared helpful information, responded quickly to a couple questions. Can't wait to get back.

Wonderful stay!

Rasa provided terrific communication and we loved the accommodations and pool. The beach, including Bean Point, and Pine Ave. were only a quick bike ride away. This was the cleanest rental we have stayed in at Anna Maria Island. We would definitely stay here again!

Host contacted us right away, welcomed us and wanted to know if we needed anything right away!Home is nicely appointed so it feels like “Home!”Easy and pleasant walk to beach. House was roomy and well stocked with dishes, towels, etc.Location, location, location!!! Quiet part of North end of Anna Maria Island and still within walking distance of some fine restaurants!!Owners made sure everything was going great during our stay. 10 out of 10 of what you look for in a rental. Owners included!!!

Anna Maria Island near Bean Point

We loved the location just a few blocks away from Bean Point beach. The property was very comfortable and relaxing for our group of three. We also enjoyed the charming private deck area and heated pool. The house was gorgeous when all lit up in the evenings!
