Rasa was extremely helpful and responsive to questions I had about the local area. The property is beautiful. We enjoy our beach time and pool time.

Great location to the beach! We enjoyed the pool and sitting area outside for coffee. no complaints! Every picture online is just as it is!!

Easy cut through path to the beach at the end of the block. Updated furniture, bath, and perfect layout for a family of four or two couples. A short walk into town and so close to bean point. The pool is perfect for relaxing anytime of the day. This rental can’t be beat.

We loved everything about this rental property. It was clean, updated, private, close to a beautiful beach and had so many extras with the pool ,nice furnishings, bicycles and a great, safe neighborbirhood. The owner was quick to reply to questions without being intrusive. It was a fantastic, relaxing vacation.

10/10 all around! Cannot recommend enough! Rasa is a fabulous host, the location was perfect and the unit was immaculate and comfortable! Was everything we needed for our family of 4! This will be our go to and We are already planning our return trip(s)! Thank you Rasa!!

Ana Maria Trip

We had an amazing stay. The property was absolutely perfect for our family and exactly as described. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. Instructions were easy to follow and the entire process and stay was perfect. The area was clean, safe and private. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful spot in AMI

The apartment is in a beautiful, quiet spot on Anna Maria Island. The unit has recently been remodeled and was spotless. If you don’t mind a short walk to the beach, the location is perfect. Highly recommend.

Great place

I chose this place due to the reviews of cleanliness and property manager responsiveness to any concerns and it did not disappoint! Very clean and comfortable and they answered any questions ASAP. Great location to the beach and walkable to stores and restaurants. We enjoyed the dipping pool and surrounding pool area also. I definitely would recommend this place!

This was our first visit to AMI and this property was perfect for our family! The location was great, the pool offered extra fun for the kids, it was clean and had all amenities we needed. Loved it!

Fabulous stay on Anna Maria Island

Our family of 4 had such a wonderful 1st trip to the island. The house/unit was perfect for us!! Beautifully appointed, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool area! What a little luxury to have it basically to ourselves. It was a quick walk to the beach, and easy getting around town. I would absolutely recommend this rental to others and hope to come back again! Beautiful home, close to everything!

My family had an amazing long weekend. The house is beautiful, the location is a short walk to everything. The pool was warm and beach chairs and other extras were included. Rasa, the main contact was so attentive and wonderful to work with. Highly recomm

My daughter and I needed a couple of beach days, so we found this lovely little house and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Perfect location. Pool is a bonus. We'd never been to AMI before, but after this visit, we will be back. Thank you!

The Mermaid House

The property itself was very clean and well kept up. The outdoor shower is nice to rinse off from the beach and there's laundry available. It's walkable (<15 minutes) to the free trolley and many restaurants and shops, and many adult bikes (no kids bikes) at the property next door to use if wanted.
