Our stay was great! It was super easy in and out, the home was very clean, contemporary, and in a great location - easy to walk to restaurants, breweries, etc., as well as an easy drive to downtown attractions.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It is beautiful and so clean with everything you need for a relaxing retreat. It’s conveniently located with many walkable places to enjoy.

Beautiful home

We loved this home conveniently located in Ballard. It very well decorated, extremely clean and has all of the necessities for a vacation home. The rooftop deck is gorgeous.

Great Location

Loved being able to walk into Ballard and nearby restaurants. Didn't get to enjoy the upper deck since we were there during the winter. Lovely Townhome.

Gorgeous luxury townhouse with impeccable attention to detail

We had a lovely stay in this house, and we were provided with every possible amenity you could think of. Loved the double parking spaces as well. Dre was a great host!

Fantastic place!

They aren’t kidding about the word pristine. This place is absolutely spotless. Just Gorgeous! , very updated, safe area. All the amenities you could ask for. Host is very responsive too!

We had a fabulous stay at the Ballard townhouse. Location, location, location!!!Dre was very accommodating and responsive.There are a lot of steep steps so bring (3) baby gates if you have small children. We came prepared. Thanks Dre for a great Seattle experience.

Graduation Gathering

Excellent property! Clean, comfortable, safe! The space had good energy. Dre was helful and warm. I marveled at how clean it was. Tge bed was comfortable, linens and towels super soft! Idyllic setting for our family to celebrate my daughters commencement into her future!

A great place!

The house had everything we needed. It was clean, had many amenities such as games, comfortable beds, all the kitchen appliances and plates and utensils needed. We traveled with our adult children and we all had plenty of space to not only sleep but gather for games and movies. It is about a 15-20 minute drive to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The owner was very responsive in questions we had during our stay. The property has a lot of stairs but not an issue for my family. Just beware of the stairs to make sure it fits the needs of your family. I highly recommend this place!

Comfortable, well-stocked, walkable home base!

This home was a perfect home base for our family of four during our Seattle vacation. Very clean and tidy overall, super comfortable beds, spa-like master shower, spacious living area, and one of the best stocked kitchens we’ve ever had in a rental. All the little things you want for comfort are here (like extra throw blankets for the sofa, fully stocked laundry cabinet, plentiful towels) plus some bonus extras (a foam roller, a nice stack of family games). Walkable to the main streets in Ballard with lots of restaurants and coffee shops etc. Host was quickly responsive to my questions both before and during our stay. Recommend!

Perfecto Stay in Ballard, Seattle

My friends and I were looking for a place walking distance from Ballard's nightlife that featured a large kitchen suitable for cooking great meals. This was the place! All of the beds and rooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with all the tools we needed and also included coffee pods to use during our stay. The entire place was clean as can be and when we left it was a breeze to clean up and pack up. The rooftop area was wonderful during our stay due to the clear and warm weather. Great views, too. Be aware that this vrbo has many stairs between the floors, so, be ready to build those leg muscles. It wasn't a big deal, but, worth noting. The owner was very prompt and clear in all communications. Five stars!
