Relaxing property that is close to everything Seattle and PNW outdoors. Wonderful decor, comfy beds, and quiet neighborhood. Payton checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We'll definitely stay again at one of her properties.

The home is in very new condition and has an excellent layout. The location is a block from a very nice park and kids play area. There is an outstanding coffee / bakery next to the park that we enjoyed everyday. We definitely will stay here again and again when we visit our kids in Seattle.

The property was in a perfect location and was the perfect size for us. Very clean, nicely appointed, quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood is convenient to shopping and restaurants. We hope to stay here during our future Seattle visits.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property. The space was extremely clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was also fantastic, only about 15 minutes from downtown Seattle, which made getting around very convenient while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The host was great throughout the stay, very communicative, responsive, and helpful from check-in to check-out. Would gladly stay here again!

Newly remodeled, clean and comfortable. Great base for walking to coffee, food and the seminar we came to attend. Great support by Payton.

Great Stay

Excellent location and very clean, modern property. Neighborhood was quiet, park and bakery nearby were excellent. Beds were comfortable, AC worked well and kitchen was well stocked. Payton was easy to work with and very responsive. Couldn’t ask for anything better!

Excellent stay! Very clean and well appointed home. Beds were super comfortable and we enjoyed being close to Green Lake area and Whole Foods.

Host was very communicative except for when we asked about potentially checking in early (they offered a complimentary 1-hour early check in the standard welcome message without us asking, depending on whether the property was ready - but communication on this part was poor and it was stressful not getting updated about that without persistently asking, and didn’t confirm until after the 1 hour window that it won’t be available). Host didn’t send door code until after the check in time, when I had to ask. But otherwise host was very communicative, helpful and polite. Just FYI the bedrooms are on the ground floor but the living area and kitchen are upstairs (so it’s not too ADA friendly). The outdoor seating areas are very pleasant. The property is very modern and nice.

A Stay!

Property appears to be new, is in excellent condition and is situated in a quiet neighborhood. Bed and bath linens are a nice quality and free of stains. There is a garage but we used the street parking which was available right in front of the unit. The host is communicative and quick to respond to messages. I highly recommend this stay! This property is excellent!

Convenient Location, superb unit, excellent communication

I stayed here for work travel and would recommend this over any hotel. The unit appears to be brand new and is extremely warm and accommodating. Proximity to I5 made travel painless, and communication with property manager Payton was easy and responsive. Looking forward to coming back with a few friends over the summer. Incredible deck with neat view of mountain as well.

Responsiveness

Payton was extremely responsive to our questions and needs. The few initial questions we had were answered completely and quickly. She held us in her good hands.

Cute house in a nice neighborhood with all the amenities you could need and the easiest possible checkout requirements. The owner was very fast to respond and we were able to resolve our only issue (door code didn't work) within minutes. We didn't try parking in the garage because we didn't need to, there was always a street parking spot right in front of the house, but it was nice to know it was available. Comfortable beds, nice showers, beautiful kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.Note if you have a small dog, they might be able to slip under the fence around the small front yard. There's a gap at the bottom in the yard's back left corner. Our 15lb dog tried and would have succeeded if we had not grabbed her, so just keep an eye on them.

Absolutely perfect

We had remodeling going on in our house and had to move out for a couple of weeks. This place was everything we could have asked for. I think it is very new, and the space is very comfortable. And there is a lovely territorial view to the east of the Cascades and even a peek a boo view of Mt. Rainier to the south. Highly recommended.

Nice home and location

It is a great location and an updated houses. Neighborhood is safe and a couple of blocks from a few nice restaurants we walked to. There were minor maintenance issues, but are being addressed. The additional supplied we needed were dropped off for us the next day. The garage was nice to have. It just took a little maneuvering in the narrow alley to get the mid-size SUV backed in and pulled out. Each room has its own AC unit. Beds were decent. Overall, a great place to stay, northeast of downtown Seattle. It was a great home base for our activities in the region. I did NOT pay attention to the fact that there is no microwave listed in the amenities. I had to get creative with my microwave popcorn, since I assumed it had a microwave in the modern kitchen. Checkout instructions would be helpful. There was nothing for us to do, but it would be good to know that in the listing or in a physical book on premise.

Great place! Wonderful views of the city from our back balcony. Equipped with everything we needed. Very conveniently located to lots of things, including our daughter, who lives just a few blocks away. I had forgotten our pass code to enter the house when I arrived and our host was immediately available by phone and redid my passcode on the spot to get me in. Would absolutely stay here again next time we come to visit our daughter. Thank you!
