Our family of 6 had a wonderful fall break vacation at Summer Serenity. The location is great. The house is close to lots of shopping and restaurants, and a short drive to the Inlet Beach public access. We took the golf cart a few times, but I would only suggest doing that if you'll be back before dark. You'll have to cross hwy 98 carefully, but the rest of the drive is safe on the golf cart. There are beach chairs, a wagon, and some other beach gear in the garage. The house had everything we needed to cook at home a few nights. I had a Publix order delivered right to the door. The beds were comfortable and there are several extra blankets around the house. Having the ability to do laundry while on vacation is a must for me, and there are 2 sets in this house. Just a heads up, the bunk beds on the 2nd floor are not in an actual room with a door. Our 2 youngest childern stayed there as they don't really need the privacy. Our teens took the 3rd floor rooms. The master bedroom is on the 1st floor. We only had 6 people staying here and had plenty of room, but I'd say if you have 12, you might want a 3rd shower. The neighborhood pool is nice. It was a little cold for us in early October, but we were the only ones there and the kids still got in and played. Rosemary, Alys, and Seaside are all very close and we enjoyed shopping and dining there. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and we choose this home again for another vacation!
