We spent 7 nights here, and didn't want to leave! This is a very comfortable home. Very clean and everything is as described, The pool was a life saver on red flag beach days. The location is perfect. Public beach access within walking distance, Rosemary Beach and the rest of 30A right up the road. Highly recommended!

House was great but we were a bit disappointed that the heater wasn't working in pool. Money was refunded. I'm guessing it's fixed by now since they ordered the part needed. Close to public beach and other attractions! Great coffee shop nearby at the Inlet Shops.

Our stay

We had such a wonderful stay in Florida! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and located in the perfect area, just minutes away from Rosemary Beach and the 30A street. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The hosts were incredibly responsive and fixed our AC issue so quickly, which we truly appreciated. We would definitely love to come back and stay here again!

Absolutely loved this house

Absolutely loved this house and would love to come back to it! Great location. The house is stunning with all of the quartz counter tops and had EVERYTHING we could have needed for the weekend. The heated pool was amazing! I just loved everything about the place.

Perfect Vacation.

This was a great vacation for our family. The house was the perfect size for our 3 families (10 people). The splash pool was a nice touch to cool off and relax. The neighborhood pool was great as well. The beach was a 1 minute drive across the highway, and we only struggled finding parking on one day.

Great Family Vacation

This house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The rooms and space allowed for everyone to have their own areas and bathrooms, and the kids had a blast in the pool. It was close to a lot of great areas and a short bike ride to Rosemary beach. The company themselves were very responsive with any questions we had and were extremely helpful and kind. We will absolutely be back!

The most beautiful house I have stayed in

This was the most beautiful house I have stayed in. The house was modern, clean, had nice decor, and several amenities. The owners thought of everything and had amenities including bikes, games, a nice plunge pool, a grill, and kitchen that was fully stocked with every dish/cookware you can think of. They even had a high chair. I was impressed and my family was too. We will definitely be staying again.

Nice property/quiet neighborhood

Newer home in a nice quiet neighborhood! We enjoyed our stay at Limelight. There was plenty of room in the house and the upstairs porch with TV was great. We would stay there again. The following comments may be helpful to anyone renting. The small pool does not get much sun but was well heated for us. The kitchen was completely empty of any supplies like salt/pepper, oil, coffee filters, foil and such. Be sure to purchase anything you need. Also, the outside grilling area does not have any lighting which is an issue after dark.

Very impressed

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, new house! We have two young kids (6 & 4) and it was really nice to have so much space for the four of us. My in-laws stayed a few nights with us and we never felt crowded! The thing that stood out the most was how quickly the Coast team responded to my messages. They were very quick and helpful for any issues/questions we had! I was very impressed. The kitchen had just about any tool you could think of, which was amazing. The kitchen appliances were all new and they even had kids dinnerware/utensils!! We appreciated the dish soap and dishwasher pods provided SO much. The pool was clean and a perfect size for young kids. It was definitely worth paying the daily rate to have it heated. The laundry room was huge and loved the long counter top to fold laundry/store pantry items. We did not find a pantry for use, but we did not mind using the laundry room counter top as storage. The beds are SO comfy and linens cozy. Kids room, unreal!!

Inlet beach house

Good morning, I hope you are doing well. I would like to comment that the house is very comfortable and nice. The bedrooms are quite spacious and the location is excellent. Thank you for the prompt response regarding the bike and also our inquiries we really appreciated it. However, I would like to give a couple of recommendations. For example, the kitchen lacks more pots and pans since the house is for 10 people and what is provided is not enough. On another note, when we rented the house, there was no mention that there would be an extra charge for the heated pool, which I found unfair. If you are providing the service for the pool, at least it should be mentioned so that we can decide from the beginning whether to choose this property or not. As for the outdoor lights, how is it possible that they are decorative and not functioning? To use the grill, we had to rely on our cellphone light as if we didn’t have electricity, which was very inconvenient.

The pool is optionally heated as mentioned in the listing description, and the cost should you wish to heat it is also laid out in the listing description - we are sorry if that was missed at booking. Thank you for your note on the back deck outdoor lights. Previously those lights weren't set up as functioning lights - we have since had our electrician to come in and set them up to function on a photocell during the evening. All our best, The Coast team

This was a nice property & good for multiple families to gather. The lower level bedroom is on the small side with no closet. In addition the seating area doesn’t have an abundance of space. The pool is a nice touch which we enjoyed; however the mosquitos at night are insane making it unusable after dark. Overall nice location & property.

Hi Angie, thank you for your review and we are glad you found the home great for multiple families to gather. Strangely enough the only bedroom on the first floor has two closets on either side of the bed as shown in the photos - sorry if you missed those! Sorry to hear about the bugs!
