Wonderful stay

Busy week in Kiawah but this property is a short walk to the beach and was in a perfect spot at the end of the tennis villas.

Long weekend

This condo worked great for our family. We have adult children and the 4 queen beds were a huge bonus.

Kiawah Villa

Perfect location between ocean and tennis. Villa had nice screened porch overlooking a lagoon. Having 3 bedrooms and baths was nice. Some maintenance needed, some supplies could be better.

Great Location / Hard Bed

The property was clean and beautiful but the King Bed in the master was like sleeping on a slanted piece of plywood. The beds in the other two rooms had much softer mattresses - adult children didn’t complain about them.

The property was perfect for the 6 of us playing tennis, it is very close to the Roy Barth Center. The apartment was clean and as described. The screened-in porch was perfect for gator and bird watching. Overall, I would recommend, but ensure to bring everything you need for the kitchen. There were no coffee filters, salt/pepper/spices, or other basic condiments left from previous stays. The house did supply laundry and dishwasher pods, which were convenient. The seating area only fits up to 5 people comfortably.

Kiawah Tennis Club Villa

Very nice first floor villa, very clean. Close to the Tennis Center, Town Center Market, and the Sanctuary. Beach access was a little bit further than expected due to the boardwalk over the lagoon being closed (closest beach access is still Boardwalk 27, just use the foot/bike path through the tennis area). Kitchen had a good selection of dishware, pots and pans, and utensils. Full-size clothes washer and dryer and all kitchen appliances worked well.

Family SC Vacation

Very happy with the communication with property management. All information received prior to arrival was very helpful. There is a grocery delivery service that you can order from online and have delivered to your unit prior to your arrival...sadly, I did not see this until after we were there (my fault) but will know for next time. The location of unit was fantastic - a quick, easy walk or bike ride to beach. Delivery and pick up of bikes, chairs, and umbrellas was great. Riding bikes on the beach was amazing! We loved Kiawah, the beach and will definitely return.

Long Weekend With Teens

Layout worked well for our family. Our teen boys had their own rooms with bathrooms. Short walk to the beach and short drive to Freshfields Village. If you are bringing coffee please note there is coffee maker but not a Keurig. It wasn’t a problem, just an FYI and they sell fresh ground coffee at the Town Center Market! Overall no issues with the unit.

Great vacation

Villa is a great location - quick/easy path to beach and tennis courts. No hassle check in and bikes were waiting for us! Couldn't have been easier.

Awesome Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice bed setup with 4 queens and 1 king. King bed is hard as a rock. Other beds are decent. 2 bathrooms have been redone and 1 is original. Ceiling in master bath is peeling badly. Toilet in new bathroom makes a loud whistling sound. Much of the furniture is outdated. Best thing about the unit is it’s location. Short walk to beach and Sanctuary.

Overall - great! Enjoyed our stay!

Great location! Nice rental property. We walked or rode bikes to the beach every day! Clean and comfy. Screen porch overlooks lagoon. Only minor issue - folding doors to laundry area do not close due to size of washer/dryer and partially block door entry to bedrooms on either side. I am a petite female and had to turn sideways to enter bedroom.

Kiawah Tennis Villas Stay

The location of the property was perfect for our needs, close bike ride to the conference center and Night Heron Park, easy walk to the beach. The queen sized beds in the guest rooms were a very nice feature for our family. The beach wagon and umbrella for use was an unexpected surprise. Kitchen was not very well stocked (no salt, pepper, limited cook wear). There are no beach towels or chairs so plan ahead.

Family Beach trip

Disappointing Villa

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Villa is in a great location, but definitely needs updating. Worn and stained living room furniture, mattresses that sag in the middle and damaged hardwoods in kitchen from obvious dishwasher leak. Poor condition
