Welcome to Sunflower at the beautiful Bradenton Beach Club! Just across the street from the beach with two heated pools for our guests to use while vacationing in paradise!

This spacious unit is beautifully furnished and recieved a few new updates in September 2021. Relax in the living room and watch your favorite program or the complimentary WiFi that is provided.

Make yourself at home with the fully-equipped, open kitchen with dishwasher. Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the breakfast bar while planning your day or cook up your catch of the day for dinner and enjoy as a family at the large dining table!
The master bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed and a ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a set of twin-sized beds that also have the option to be converted into a king. This lovely condo also contains a den with a bunk bed for the kids to enjoy.

Take full advantage of a private, screened in balcony off the living area. perfect for playing cards or just sipping a glass of wine after a sunshine filled day!

Washer and dryer, all linens, and beach towels are provided.
The complex extends from the Gulf Beach to a delightful dock on the bay! Come see the sunsets, you will be back time and time again! Enjoy the feel of sand between your toes, collect seashells or spot dolphins from the shore!
Sunflower has it's own parking spot under the building and an elevator.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

* Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund less a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit all deposit received. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

Our Home Away From Home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bradenton Beach never disappoints! I look forward every year to our return. It feels great to walk in the door, put our things away and settle in for another relaxing, enjoyable experience. It’s always the same and different at the same time. The highlight this year was Sand Dollars. Easy to find swimming out to the sandbar close to shore. But there’s always new restaurants to discover, and revisit our favourite spots on the island.

Spacious Centrally located Condo

The condo was big and in a good location. The bed and bedding could have been more comfortable but overall it worked.

Another Great Anna Maria Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Once again we thoroughly enjoyed the Sunflower condo and its location on the island. The weather was not favorable to going in the pool or using the hot tub this year, but we have enjoyed them in the past. The condo was quiet and has a great screened in lanai! We did have to buy a few simple kitchen items like a some regular drinking glasses, pot holders and a pair of scissors. The kitchen seemed to have less items in it this year than last year, but we weren't cooking any big meals so it wasn't too big of a deal.

Overall great stay

We had a wonderful Christmas on Anna Marie island. The location of unit is great, close to the beach and easy walking distance of good restaurants. The trolley stop is close by making getting around the island easy and convenient . The beds aren't super conformable and some furniture and decor could use some updating. Overall, I would recommend.
