Location Location Location. Had a camp at the ice arena. Could walk to the arena, downtown and the park. Beautiful views of the mountain.

Great place to stay. Convenient location. Walking distance to everything on Main St. It’s on the first floor so no steps and the parking is right at the door. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great Spot in Breck!

Really great stay! Super clean, lots of extra blankets and stocked well. The beds were really comfy! We loved our stay.

Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing time at the condo. We never had to drive once due to everything being so close. The condo was clean and beautiful for a reasonable price!

Awesome location/ very clean and comfortable

This is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Breckenridge and want to be within walking distance to town. Very clean property. The hot tub was also nice and mostly vacant. We felt very comfortable here and will be back!

Skiing in Breck

Conveniently located to downtown and the mountain. Very clean, well equipped, and perfect place to stay while in Breck. Heated garage is a definite plus!

Great spot

Great location & spot. Hot tubs were great also! Only issue was we extended our stay and had a hard time getting additional supplies (trash bags/papertowels). Great place overall!!!

Great location!

Loved this property! Great location, great accommodations. Unit had everything we needed. We were able to walk to most places downtown. Close to a park for sledding. We'd definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay!

Overall great stay and loved the condo and location. Would definitely come back! One suggestion is to have more hooks available throughout the condo to hang jackets etc.

Nice, clean property. Close to everything. Nice to be able to park the car in the garage. We will stay again in the future.

Well-maintained and convenient

The condo was well-stocked and maintained. There is also easy access to the free bus service to the Breckenridge ski slopes.

Great place to stay. Super clean plenty of free space. Short walk into town and a five minute drive from the gondola! Property mangers were great with communication as well

Summer trip

Property was close to Breckinridge Main Street area. It’s just a short walk to the restaurants and shops. It was easy to find and very comfortable for 4 people. It has a nice setup for people to have privacy if needed and a full kitchen for making meals, coffee, etc.

Nice first floor condo with a garage and walk to the main streets

This unit was just as nice as the photos. We enjoyed the property and the location was right on the south end of the main streets but still very walkable. This made for a relatively quiet stay and allowed us to open the windows in the evening.

Large unit right next to the Free Ride shuttle stop! an easy 4 stops to the Beaver Run lift, avoiding the quicksilver lift or an easy 15 minute walk downhill to the quicksilver chair! Super easy walk to main street for eating or shopping and a quick walk to a grocery store if you are going to cook at the condo. Lots of pots and pans, 2 coffee makers, big fridge plus a washer/dryer stack made our long stay easier. Single unit downstairs with a private garage made storing our boards and boots super convenient! Double bunk in the extra bedroom and a pull out sofa for extra guests, large unit. We had a great stay!

Amazing Stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Raptor condo! The condo was beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. It was also ideally located within walking distance to the Breckenridge main street shopping. Our grandchildren loved the board games, Netflix, and having an oven so we could bake chocolate chip cookies at the end of the day. We highly recommend this property! The property management group were terrific!
