Our stay was fantastic. We have stayed in a few units in this building over the years, and this layout was the best. Plenty of space for a family of 4. We hope to be back again next summer.

Yes the interior is expected to be great but the views of skiers, slopes, blue skies and mountains are what we really want out the window.

Best ski in / ski out location you could ask for! The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities were great (especially since you could use those of Crystal Peak Lodge and One Ski Hill). We would love to come back again with the kids.

Wonderful time! This has been by far the best location we have stayed in Breckenridge. The condo was spotless and perfectly located. You are only steps away from the Gondola and ski lift. Highly recommend, we can’t wait to book again!!

It was absolutely wonderful!!! We loved the ease of jumping on Independence and taking off for the day. Eric the host was wonderful! We were allowed to stay and ski until 4pm the day we checked out and since we were stranded due to a canceled flight it helped us out tremendously!! The steam room, weight room and hot tub were great. We also loved bowing on peak 8! We would definitely stay here again!!

Eric was super responsive. Place was clean and better than expected. Would love to rent again. Had a blast despite the low snow this season. Hope we were good guests. We got in earlier than expected but left before 4a on the day of check out for the long drive back to St. Louis. Thank you!

Best place to stay on Peak 7!! Location is perfect! Right at the Peak 7 lift! Can take gondola to Peak 8 or down to town. Condo is excellently furnished! Beds are extremely comfortable and all appliances are top end and simple to use. Dosent get more perfect than this! Have stayed Peak 7 multiple times and this owner is communicative and immediately responsive. Unit is immaculately maintained. Why bother with the rest when you want the best? Make it a vacation. This place is all that and more. Feels like home. Would give 10 stars if they allowed it!

Great Ski Weekend at Breck

We loved the proximity to the lift, the ease of the ski lockers, the comfortable furnishings in the unit, and we enjoyed the use of the hot tubs! Well furnished and beautiful setting and location!!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time visiting Breckenridge and this condo was so comfortable to come home to after a day of activities! The location is great with the gondola just steps away and the view can't be beat. Eric, our host, was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had and also provided recommendations for restaurants and activities. We can't wait to come back!

Absolutely breath taking

Of all vrbos I have stayed in, this was the most stunning by far!! The views were incredible and we had everything we could have ever asked for. We are already commited to this spot again next year!

Great ski-in ski-out experience

Very nice and comfortable home. We truly enjoyed being so close to the lift and having the ski lockers made it so easy and convenient.

Beautiful views great location

Property was exactly as advertised. Great location super easy access to downtown. Eric was a fantastic communicator answered all my questions quickly.
