Once you arrive, no need to drive!
Ski to Condo, walk to Gondola and steps to town! Ski Hill Condo is the perfect location for in winter & summer! Located one block from Main Street Breckenridge and we are steps away from the Gondola. The Four O'Clock ski run ends steps away from our property. This one bedroom + loft sleeps up to 6 comfortably (Changed from 8 to 6 per Local Laws due to CoVid restrictions)! All living room furniture is new this season! A his and her recliner, a new sleeper sofa and love seat makes our home your home! We added a new larger 44” Sony wall mounted LCD TV for your relaxation and pleasure. We have full size bunk beds that sleep 4 were added. New linens and comforters have been added as well. Ski in for lunch and warm up by the fireplace! Ski/In luxury with panoramic views of the mountains and town. The outdoor hot tub is steps from our front door just below and to the right of our unit. The swimming pool is open in the summer only. Enjoy breathtaking views of downtown Breckenridge from every room. Wireless Internet is available to all guests. Parking is located under the Condo and free shuttle pick-up right outside your door, Ski Hill Condo has everything you need to make your next Mountain Vacation one to remember.

This perfectly located mountain condo includes; Vaulted ceilings, panoramic mountain and downtown views, two televisions; (two flat screen), DVD, cable, wireless internet, wood burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, community grill, shared laundry facilities, 90% covered parking, (2) outside hot tubs, and (1) pool (summer only).

Once you arrive you will find you won't need to drive!

******We are required to limit our home to six (6) persons for reservations due to Health Dept and local ordinances, even though our home sleeps 8. This is our home and we do not rent to groups. Our home is perfect for 5 people or less. Read our reviews! Families, couples and retirees only. This is not a business and we only rent for a certain number of weeks, but we are happy to share our home if you meet the above requirements. Exceptions will be considered, case by case. Please contact me prior to booking if you have any questions.
The on site manager lives on the floor below us and there are security cameras at all entrances. Please do not rent from us if you are a group.

Our vacation in Breckenridge was amazing. The host was helpful with providing any information we would need. The condo was located in a great location-close to the slopes and downtown. We would like to visit again.

Cozy condo!

Great condo and great location

Had a great stay- great location. Accommodated my husband and I and our 5 kids! Kitchen had everything we needed- we cooked most of our meals at the condo! We would definitely return!

Great experience

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well equipped and homey. Loved loved loved the fireplace after a day of skiing. Marc was super with communication and advice. We would definitely stay again

Stay was fabulous. Everything was as expected. Location is about as good as it gets, easy ski in and out. Check in instructions and information were very helpful. Stayed in a lot of different places in Breckenridge. This was one of the best for price and size.

Family Ski Vacation

Such a wonderful place for my family’s ski vacation! This was one of our favorite VRBO’s because the inside of the place was beautiful and sunny from all of the windows. The layout was very efficient and the amount of seating in the living room area made movie nights so cozy. The condo was clean, and the extra spices and condiments were extremely nice to have available. We enjoyed the hot tub and the convenience of the ski in! The walk to the gondola in the mornings with 3 children and ski’s was short. Communication with the owner was also very timely. We would definitely love to stay here again!

No need to look any further...

We cannot say enough about this wonderful condo. The location was just perfect. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the gondola. We parked the car when we arrived and walked to all destinations. The condo itself was well appointed and very clean, but most importantly it was comfortable in every way; just like home! Marc is a pleasure to work with. Very helpful and always available to answer my questions. We could'nt have chosen a better place to spend our Christmas Holiday!

Perfect ski condo!

The property presented exactly as advertised. All furnishings and amenities were nice and comfortable. The parking and gear storage locations were very convenient. And the location of the condo in relation to the ski shuttle stops and the bottom of the 4 O’Clock run make it the ideal spot for a skier or family of skiers to call home while in Breck. The condo has beautiful views and so much light from all the windows. It was truly the best condo our family has stayed in at Breck. If it is available for next year’s trip, we will be back! Thank you Marc for the great stay and for being such a great and responsive host!

So Comfortable and Convenient, Very Nice Owner

Our stay could not have been easier! The owner was so friendly and accommodating, and the condo itself is convenient to everything! Three minute walk to the river and downtown, 5 minute walk to the gondola, 10 to City Market. Bedroom and bunks up spiral stairs. Super comfy king bed with two sinks and vanities. We loved the two big leather recliners for watching the Olympics at the end of a long day of hiking. Hot tub and picnic table right out in front. The covered parking and elevator across the hall from the condo door were great for those rainy days and armloads full of groceries. Well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of room for a couple. Some traffic noise, but closing the windows shuts it out quite well. Favorite walk-to restaurants: Fatty's, Columbine Cafe, Lucha Cantina. We will definitely return!

You folks were awesome! Survived your personal injuries and rebounded into an amazing vacation. Our heart and soul rest in those "Lazy boys". We live in the country and it takes us a day or so to fall back to sleep with the city noises, but we love those city noises... This is our home.. Lovely little condo in great location

My kids and I decided to do a last minute trip to Breckenridge before school started, so we booked the condo the day before we were set to arrive. Marc, the owner, was great -- he hopped right on it and sent us all of the information we needed to access the condo. Once we were there, we had great access to all that Breck offers -- the grocery store was just a few blocks away, as was the main strip where all of the restaurants and shops were. We were a little concerned about no A/C since Denver had been quite warm, but we opened up the windows in the condo when we arrived and the mountain air was lovely and cool, even in August. The condo was well-maintained and well-equipped, so we had no problems cooking a few meals while we were there. We decided to do some WWR while there, so the condo was just a short hour long drive to Buena Vista where we a great day rafting in Brown's Canyon. Great experience all around, especially on the short-notice decision to get out of the hustle/bustle of the metro before school started!

Not a 2 bedroom as advertised.

Disappointed that the condo was very dark, even with the lights on. Bulbs burnt out, tub wouldn’t drain, fridge handle very loose, oven door handle loose. Description not accurate saying it’s a 2 bedroom with loft. It was a 1 bedroom with shared bathroom of the loft room which had 2 queen beds. It had a separate bathroom downstairs which was not accommodating for anyone. Disappointed and would not honor our 3 military family members. People…ask for a video before renting.

It makes it difficult when a guest doesn’t read the listing. After 15 years of renting on VRBO, the guest that don’t access VRBO online or by app and read the listing, seem to be the least satisfied. I posted all check in instructions online, as I do with all guest of our home, but I had to email and text the same instructions to you. Our home faces east. The whole east side is doors or windows on two floors. The adjustable blinds are designed to darken the room. I was a public servant, a paid firefighter / paramedic probably for more years than your entire group. I’ve been a volunteer with the National Ski Patrol for almost 20 years. Seems that when my wife or I book a vacation home, that all discounts were negotiated at the beginning of the booking process. I make it clear about our space if you actually read the listing and book our home. It is a one bedroom + loft. In Colorado and VRBO this space is considered a second bedroom. We can sleep 8. Summit County allows us to sleep 6. We recommend a maximum of 5. I would have suggested that your 3 couples needed a larger space but you booked 2 adults and 3 children. I only rent to a handful of guests each year. I try to attract families just like our family in those handful of guests.

Awesome location!

You can't beat the location if this condo! Easy walking access to everything Breck has to offer. Condo was clean and beds were comfortable. Had an issue with the bathtub drain, but the owner took care if it right away. We would stay here again!

Heavenly Bed & Well-Stocked Accommodations

The accommodations were exactly as described. The master bed was the most comfortable away-from-home mattress we have ever slept on. The kitchen was stocked with items you rarely see in rentals, including spices, oils, & coffee. Easy walk to downtown. Bus route steps from the property. Ski-back to gondola trail can bring you within 300 steps to the elevator, via the garage entryway. A convenient property for ski-lovers!

Place was nice but not clean

Check in and location was good. Condo was not clean. My first concern was the smell and throw up in upper bedroom carpet. Looks as someone threw up on balcony also. Messaged manager and got no reply from him. Couch was worn and had trash all in cushions. Counter tops had not been wiped down. This was very disappointing and scary due to Covid and not being cleaned properly. Damp wet towels in basket in closet. And still no reply after a week from management as to why.

Maranda, I am sorry to hear about this after your checkout. There is no manager. Only the owners, my wife and myself. I sent check in instructions, door codes, CoVid policies, Hot tub rules, parking instructions. All 5 sets of information are signed with my name, my cell number as well as my wife. This is our home. Not some frat house. We are limited in screening our guests, just like yourself. I have very little information about you when you booked. I never heard a word from you until after you checked out. You had my number. It is on this site, VRBO. Why on earth didn't you call, text, email, reply to any of the information as requested? I had our home deep cleaned after your check out. I could have ordered this, had I known during your stay. It could have been done when you were out. We try, I try to screen all guests. I hope and pray that I get a family and or couples. I had very little information about you and your group other than I heard from you after you checked out. This is our home, not our business. We try to share our home with families like our family. We know that memories are made at our home. Most of our reviews reflect that. Most of our guests communicate with me, the owner and most of our guests are happy and loved all that our home has to offer.

Christmas Vacation!

The property was great and the location was perfect! The fireplace we used a lot which made it real nice with the cold weather as we had plenty of snow. Marc the owner was so easy to reach and responded quickly. It was loaded with plenty of items needed for cooking as well! It made our stay in Breckenridge great. Thank you!

ZERO ISSUES (covered parking)

Property is everything it says it is. No problems The whole stay. Very clean and spacious living! No more then a 3 minute walk to the main gondala. And the views of the mountain from the master bedroom are absolutely breathtaking! Highly recommend

Awesome Location!

Marc's condo is conveniently walking distance to everything you need in Breckenridge. We walked to the BreckConnect Gondola and later snowboarded down the 4 O'clock run to get back to the condo. Not having to deal with finding a parking space was a plus! The condo itself was spacious and cozy for the four of us. The kitchen was well stocked with seasonings, spices, and plates/pans/utensils. I highly recommend Marc's condo. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice condo, perfect location!

My wife, two adults sons, and I stayed here this past week. This was our first time staying in Breckenridge and this condo was a gem. The location was perfect -- just one block from town and from the gondola to peak 8. The condo was well furnished and comfortable. We especially appreciated the wood-burning fireplace and ample supply of firewood in the parking garage. Note that the second bedroom (with the full bunk bed) is a loft that you must walk through to get to the master bedroom. This was no problem for us as our adult sons slept there. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
