Best Stay in Princeville!

We (Family of 10) spent 4 nights and had the best stay. The house was perfect for us -- plenty of room, very clean, and the view from the 2nd floor balcony was gorgeous! And property manager was so friendly and very accommodating. Can't recommend this place enough. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Beautiful Home

The 5 bedrooms worked perfect for our group of 10 people. The house is beautiful with a trail down to a beach right off the back yard. Note that the trail is not easy but doable for most people.

Beautiful home

This was a beautiful home with a breathtaking view, especially the morning sunrise. More than enough room for our group of 9 adults and 1 child It was very nice having a common area between the bottom floor bedrooms. This made it feel private from the upstairs. I can't say enough about how much I loved the master bedroom and the spacious layout of the upstairs living aera. The beautiful view from every room. The beds were all comfortable. Correspondences with the host were very easy and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house - great location

Our family of 10 had a wonderful stay at this house. It is in a quaint, quiet neighborhood with a grocery store, liquor store and gas station nearby. The house was great for the 3 families. Keep the bedroom doors open so the A/C can cook them off. Plenty of ceiling fans to keep the air moving. The beach is nice but the grandparents staying with us we’re not able to make the hike to it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house!

Quiet, relaxing & beautiful

Wonderful property with access to the path to hike to the beach. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors who even shared their mango fruit from their trees! Excellent location with well stocked kitchen!

Great for groups!

This place was perfect for our big group! Plenty of space for everyone without being on top of each other. Very, very well stocked and clean. We spent lots of time on the deck enjoying the fantastic view! Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay!

This house was very clean and the perfect size for our group. The view of the ocean is amazing and we love the location. Rodney was very responsive and answered all my questions very quickly. There are plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, snorkle gear and beach toys for the kids so we did not have to rent or buy anything. Great place to stay!

Great Ocean Views (and Sounds!)

The home was a great backdrop to my brother's destination wedding. When we weren't enjoying all that Kauai has to offer in its natural environment, we spent time on the lanai enjoying great views and ocean breezes!

Lovely ocean views from balcony

Awesome views of ocean! Secret beach trail in backyard…. The kids loved it. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors! There was a baby albatross under the balcony and a neighbor gave the baby a book of albatross! We loved eating on the balcony with the ocean view…. And watched the sunrise there every morning. We listened to ocean waves as we fell asleep at night. Just an amazing house 🌴🌸🌺❤️

Amazing!

Not sure what i can say that hasn't already been said. The house is perfect. We were greeted by an albatross upon arrival and it was pretty cool. The ocean views are better than the pictures would indicate. The kitchen was well stocked. Awesome little trail to the beach. The owner even called me to make sure everything was cool. Nice guy. I would definitely stay there again.

50th anniversary family celebration

We chose this property for location, beauty, and space. It exceeded our expectations. This trip was a celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary and we wanted to bring our children and grandchildren together for some family bonding time. With 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a huge kitchen and ocean view, it was perfect. The path to the secret beach is a bit more difficult than I had hoped but the house is so close to other incredibly beautiful beaches that it didn't matter at all. We spent every day on one beach or another and enjoyed evening meals together on the spacious lanai. We stayed a week and no one wanted to leave. Our 7 year old granddaughter asked if we could buy the house and just stay there forever. We will cherish this memory and look forward to building on it.

Beautiful home in Princeville

It is a beautiful home. There was plenty of room.We enjoyed our stay there. A couple of questions came up and our host responded very quickly. One thing we learned was that you needed to keep the bedroom doors downstairs open for the air conditioning to work the best.

Great place for large groups

This place was amazing! We had a great time and the neighborhood was lovely. The only drawback was the air conditioning doesn’t cool the whole house, it is a mini split not central air conditioning, but it certainly does help in the main living areas! There were so many extras for the beach, it helped make our trip that much more enjoyable. The kitchen was also well stocked. We had 3 generations on this trip and this house had ample space for us to space out.

Amazing Family Kauai Getaway

The house was amazing and comfortably fit our multi family group perfectly. Oh and the view from the lanai was incredible. We enjoyed having a full kitchen for family dinners, the multiple living spaces for kids and grown ups, laundry, plenty of bathrooms, everyone had a bed and they had every beach accessory we needed! We enjoyed having a yard for the kids to get their wiggles out and the short hike to sea lodge beach. We really enjoyed the more chill Princeville/Hanalei area and loved Hanalei bay. It was the most amazing vacation and we definitely had a hard time leaving!

Best trip yet

This home was perfect for our 4 generation family trip - from my 92 yr. old Mother, down to a three month old. I really can't say enough. Our trips to the North shore of Kauai have been a progression to perfection - this was the best yet. Beautiful home, air conditioning, ocean view, and wonderful host. Thank you!!

Incredibly fantastic view

We had 5 adults and 3 preteens and the beautiful home perfectly fit our needs. It is very well equipped for all aspects of a vacation - plenty of beach equipment and a very well appointed kitchen. We loved watching the sunrises and sunsets from the upper lanai and dined there whenever we were home. The kids enjoyed the game selection when a rain storm kept them inside one day. We would definitely stay there again when visiting beautiful Kauai.

Comfortable, Great Location

We had a fantastic time at the property. Just a short 10 minute hike to a gorgeous lookout and what felt like our own private beach. Great table overlooking a large backyard and ocean, where we had breakfast and dinner almost every day. Plenty of amenities throughout, including beach equipment, everything you need in the kitchen, and even a welcome bottle of wine. The property owner was kind and communicative throughout. Excellent.

Lovely home with ocean views

Great property with lovely views. Everything you could want in a home rental. Well stocked in the kitchen, comfortable beds, beach towels, chairs and snorkel gear. We were fortunate enough to watch an albatross make a nest and lay an egg in the back yard. 10 minute walk through the backyard to a small private beach. Would definitely stay here again. Owners very responsive via messaging.

Even better than expected!

Rod's beautiful Princeville house was even better than the images make it look! We had a full house with a bunch of little kids for Grandpa's birthday, and the house was a perfect fit for everyone. The giant yard was great to play in and the upstairs kitchen and patio became the mainstays of the trip. Well located for multiple activities as well, and fully stocked with beach gear to make packing easier. Would love to come back in the future!
