There's nothing so pleasing as stepping out of your door onto the sand and into the shimmering waves. You can walk along our pristine, pet friendly, crescent beach for miles in either direction and hardly see anyone. You can watch the dolphins from the deck or your bedroom, or perhaps kayak with them! Enjoy great views & ample work and play spaces, as well as off season pricing. Prices quoted are for four guests. Adjust accordingly based on size of group.

2020 built, waterfront, 4 bedroom , 3 bathroom Sandcastle. Enjoy our expansive deck, two fireplaces, multiple work areas with solid internet and all of the amenities you need for a great time at the beach! A comfy Queen bed in every bedroom with at least 2 pillows per guest, cozy blankets ( bring or rent your sheets- 4Queen, 3Twin, towels, beach towels and toiletries) , triple twin bunks with Queen in bunkroom. Well appointed kitchen with dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, toaster, 12 cup drip coffeemaker, waffle iron , blender, panini press, air fryer & Crockpot for easy meals that please. The Food Lion in Milton is just 5 minutes west across hwy 1 and that same plaza has a liquor store, drugstore, nail place & takeout

Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, 4 adult bikes and a double kayak for your use included as well! Too much sun? Too warm? Briefly rainy? ( rains tend to pass quickly by the water) We created a beachy area under the house where you can read with your toes in the sand, have drinks and conversation or play a spirited game of ping pong!

If there is no breeze it can get briefly buggy. That’s when opening the large sliding glass doors to enjoy the screened great room for reading or games & puzzles from our well stocked closet.

Golf at the rookery, Get your fishing license online and surf fish or just take in the views and relax. Packing is easy. Just layer comfy & casual down to your swim suit. We have a washer dryer for your use.

There is so much and so little to do, depending how you feel! Great memories happen here!

Incredible home. The sunrise from bed was surreal. The beach was super chill. Lots of places to eat nearby. Great vibes. Host was very kind and communicative.

This property was really enjoyable for our family vacation! We enjoyed meals outside at the large table on the deck. The beach was just steps away, and the kids enjoyed the sand toys that were available. The older ones had the kayak out often. "Grandmom," me, liked drawing and writing at the desk by the large widows in the master bedroom.Our chef found the kitchen amenities perfect. Our family absolutely loved our stay at this beach house. The property was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing week together. One of the best parts was its incredible proximity to the beach, it felt like a dream waking up each morning to the sound of the bay.We spent our days taking long walks on the beach with our dog, going for bike rides, and simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The house provided the perfect setting for quality family time, whether we were playing games, watching TV, or just unwinding after a day outside.If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway with easy beach access, this is the place. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely return for another stay.

The house was open , airy and modern and felt friendly.The kitchen was clean , easy to cook in and well stocked . The views were very nice. But , there were problems. For example,there was no overhang or screened -in porch so nowhere to go in rain ,or to avoid the many flies and mosquitoes, or direct sunlight , and it rained a lot and then turned to 95 direct sunlight days . There was no foot shower so sand tracked into the house continually. The outside shower was only cold water, stall filled with spider webs, and had no hooks. Since it led on to a sand filled pathway to the house , we were just as sand covered after showering as before showering.The kayak and paddle board were good but there was no ping -pong table or foosball game as pictured , only two of the four bikes were rideable, and the umbrellas were all broken.

I’m sorry about the items you mentioned. I would have loved to have known immediately-while you were there -to remedy. I would have sent a handyman out right away to fix the bikes, the shower water & power wash any offending spaces, replace the table that died just before you got there and let you know about all the toys and games in the beach closet and pantry to entertain the kids! I’ll have him toss any broken umbrellas. They must have been abandoned by guests because we have the clam tent and the cool cabana for guests . I’m sorry you missed those! Weirdly the beach shower is on the same deck that’s the base of the steps to the house deck and there is no need to walk on sand when you come out of there so it can double as a foot wash. The takeaway is to call your host immediately with any problems so they can address and if they don’t, write them up. Come back sometime to see how well we attended to your concerns. We do value your feedback!

Sandcastle is so comfy for family and friends by the sand and surf. You can do nothing, or lots!! The sand and surf views still make us catch our breath every time. And the bikes, toys, games, books and beach gear, including SUP and 2 man kayak add a lot of fun during your stay. We hope you will visit us again soon!

A well stocked kitchen is important when hosting family and friends! Glad you found it so, with basic spices, all kinds of kitchen tools like crock pot, air fryer, drip coffee maker, blender, pannini press and even a pasta maker for a rainy day group activity! Thesand and surf views from every room are breathtaking, rain or shine whether you are cooking , playing cards, games, puzzles or enjoying a chat!

Short get away

Myself, sister and brother in law were looking for a couple of days away with nothing to do. This house was perfect and the beach views are unbelievable. We will definitely be coming back to this house.

Hidden Gem!!

Great little house with everything you need. The view and beach are everything!! Close enough to fishing, boardwalk, restaurants and all the tourist attractions but far enough to just quietly enjoy nature if that's what you like!! We did both and had an awesome week. Definitely planning on booking for next year.

Lovely place. Not crowded. Beautiful beach. Nice clean property. Broadkill General Store great !

Lots to do. Close to Rehoboth. Definitely take the bug spray for hotter days but not an issue when temps lower. Beach is never crowded. Major plus!

Relaxation at Broadkill Beach

Beautiful home with amazing views of the bay especially from two of the bedrooms. The high ceilings made the house feel spacious. Broadkill Beach is always so relaxing. Many of the beach accesses were washed out but the beach access from this house was intact. We were able to walk several miles at a time and only see a few people. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

As soon as our youngest graduates we are going to get very serious about spending most every weekend there, but until then we have commitments most weekends and can't get there. When we can't be there, we love to share it, and enjoy it vicariously through you!

Have your morning coffee on the deck and look for dolphins. Run with your dog on our pristine, pet friendly beach. Forgot your towel? Take a few steps back in and grab it! Rainy day and winter day views of the sand and water are spectacular too. Snow geese and harbor seals frequent our beach in the winter.
