This upscale home has everything to offer beach vacationers. You will enjoy the large waterfront deck and screened in porch located on the first and floor. This is a perfect spot for enjoying the summer nights and enjoying the waterfront views!
The first level of living offers two bedrooms with a shared full bathroom. Each bedroom includes a balcony to enjoy the pleasant surroundings. Additionally, there is an open concept kitchen, dining and living area. From the kitchen and living area you have direct access the screened in porch and the waterfront deck. This level also includes a half bath and a utility room with a washer and dryer. The second level of living includes two primary bedrooms and bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is waterfront, just imagine those views! The other bedroom includes a balcony. All areas include high end fixtures and finishes!
Don't worry about sand, there is an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water and a foot wash station. The home is located directly beside the beach access, and easy walk to the beach. The owner will accept dogs with a $300 non refundable pet fee, per pet. There is a 2 pet maximum per lease, dogs must be less than 30lbs.

Broadkill Beach is a terrific area for the nature lover, it is not uncommon to see the foxes running through the dunes, truly a bird watchers paradise, and a fisherman's dream.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $230.50.

All mattresses include a memory foam including the sleeper sofa.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

Great beach house! The layout is perfect for family gatherings - plenty of room to work in the kitchen and a big kitchen table for meals together! We loved the screened in porch and spent lots of time there in the evenings listening to the ocean. This is our second vacation to Broadkill beach and we love how quiet and wide open it is.

We chose this house because it was dog friendly and it did not disappoint. The views are amazing and the house is comfortable and well appointed. The check in oils not be easier and the property manager was great. We would love to come back for a longer stay!

Amazing home!

The home is amazing! It's clean, spacious, and has an incredible view! The deck is outstanding! We spent a majority of the trip out there enjoying that screened in porch and listening to the waves. We appreciate the property managements quick response and help when we had a slight hiccup at the beginning of the trip with garbage bins. The whole vacation was a dream! Thank you!

The house was clean and comfortable but the kitchen items could be improved. There was mostly large bowls, only one normal size bowl and most of the dish ware were not made for microwave use. There was only 1 corning ware type dish, without lid, for the microwave. It would be nice to have a large steamer pot and metal tongs too.

Great house for our big group. The screened in porch was a fantastic gathering spot for the whole family. The views were amazing and the house was very comfortable.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this house. The views are incredible and the proximity to the beach is wonderful. We spent many hours out on the screened in porch, our favorite spot being the comfy outdoor sofa. We also loved that it's pet-friendly, so our furry family member could join us. I had to take one star off because, like another reviewer mentioned, the house wasn't totally clean when we arrived. Some of the toilets, shower stalls, the bathtub and the oven hadn't been cleaned. There was also sand on the floors upstairs. We cleaned the bathrooms so we could use them (as we needed them right away after the drive). The property manager sent the cleaners back the next day when I reached out, but since we'd already cleaned the bathrooms ourselves it was a bit too late. They also still didn't clean the oven. It's a beautiful home overall and we enjoyed our vacation to the fullest!

Great Week at 510 S. Bayshore

The only comment that I have is that it seems that every day the air conditioning was turning up to 78 and no one in the house was doing it so we assumed either this was preset or someone was controlling it externally and we had no communication this would happen and it was getting very warm in the house. I would suggest that the temperature if controlled be not turned up that warm! Everything else was amazing

The home is beautiful with amazing views of the bay and the marsh. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. Our family had a wonderful time relaxing in the peaceful surroundings.

Enjoyable and relaxing visit to Broadkill Beach

The entire family enjoyed our short visit and stay at this well built and well decorated beach house. We spent a lot of time on the covered porch enjoying the sounds of the bay and wildlife around us. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful get away

I had wanted to take my lab Sadie to the beach for awhile now. Finding a house that was actualy beautiful and allowed Dog was was pretty awesome. I was there with friends n family and it was just a wonderful get away. Love the house n will definitely be back again.

Great stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property with family on a recent one-week trip to the Delaware shore. This beach front property has very easy beach access to the Delaware Bay, just a short walk over the dune. Wonderful, large waterside screen porch. Would like to see a grill at the property to make even more enjoyable.

Great location on Broadkill beach! It withstood the strong winds from Hurricane Erin well. House had an excellent screened in outdoor porch to hide from the bugs. Perfect size for our group of 8. Only complaints are the lack of ice machine in the freezer, and high humidity in the house. We would stay again, especially considering the house is only about a year old!

Wonderful beach house in fantastic location

My family and I had a wonderful weeklong stay at this newly built beachfront home. The bedrooms and shared spaces (kitchen and dining, living, and laundry rooms) are uncluttered, spacious, and get plenty of sun. All the appliances and furnishings are new. Our favorite feature is the enormous screened-in deck overlooking the dunes and Bay -- perfect for sitting and relaxing. The house is situated in an ideal location, just a half mile from the Broadkill Road turnoff. Also, the property manager (Joseph) is extremely responsive and will quickly address any issues (we had a minor issue with the trash bins, which Joseph immediately rectified). I'd recommend renting this home without any hesitation.

Beautiful home -great location

The house is gorgeous - comfortable and has wonderful views. Great for a family vacation especially with young children -the water was calm Joseph was amazing extremely attentive-especially since we arrived to a dirty house - it was obvious that the cleaning service did not clean - the floors were filthy -dog and human hair everywhere and previous renters did not put the trash out until after pick up. -Joseph was so responsive -two recommendations-get a new cleaning service and have a second recycling bin - since they only pick up recycling every other week. We had a wonderful, relaxing week at this home. The location is fantastic—just what we were looking for for a beach vacation. The house itself is beautiful, spacious, and we especially loved spending time on the screened-in porch. Being a newer home, it has a great layout and was very comfortable once we got settled.Unfortunately, the home wasn't as clean as we expected upon arrival. We found food under the couches, there was quite a bit of dust throughout, and one of the bathrooms appeared to have only been partially cleaned. We also purchased the optional linen package for the convenience of not having to pack our own, but the sheets and towels were extremely thin and poor quality. We ended up making a trip to HomeGoods to buy our own sheets and towels.After doing some cleaning ourselves and replacing the linens, we were able to fully enjoy the rest of our stay. Overall, we had a great vacation and would recommend the property for its location and layout, but we hope the owners address the cleanliness and upgrade the linens so future guests have a better experience from the moment they arrive.

510 S Bayshore Drive is an excellent vacation spot. It has everything we needed for a week away with our family - well equipped kitchen, easy access to the beach, lovely screened in porch, comfortable beds. The flies on the beach are annoying at times (wind dependent), but didn’t deter us from enjoying the beach and bay. We would definitely go back again!
