We love Broadkill Beach and this beautiful beach house! The home is clean and well equipped with everything that you need. There's lots of bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas to borrow.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this home! The beach is beautiful, so close, and felt so private—it was often like we had it all to ourselves. The water is warmer than the beaches directly on the Atlantic Ocean, with smaller waves and a very gradual shoreline, making it perfect for young kids.The house is spotless, comfortable, well furnished, and stocked with lots of beach gear, which was so convenient. Ashley was an amazing host—friendly, responsive, and always quick to help.The sunrises from the decks were absolutely breathtaking. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved everything about the house and our stay at broadkill. The virws were amazing from the deck and the convenience of being bc steps away from the beach was our favorite!! Kitchen well equipped for meal making and house very comfortable! We will be back! Thank you!

My family really enjoyed our stay. The house has every cooking and dining utensils you could ever want. The view from every room is incredible. It was our first time to Broadkill beach and it won’t be our last. They have bikes, games, puzzles, more beach equipment than you could ever need and much, much more. The All season porch is where we spent the mostTime in.Eating dinner, playing games, talking and creating lasting memories. I really hope to come back. Thank you!

Wonderful Vacation!! This is our 3rd year staying in this amazing beach house and it was the best one yet!! The house has spectacular views from every corner and the upper balcony is our favorite place to just sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. Steps away from a private beach make it very convenient, especially with children. Our kids continue to explore the ocean and watch the crabs, birds, turtles, etc on the beach. Dolphins swim by early in the morning and the view of the sunrise cannot be beat. The house is fully stocked with everything you may need to have a wonderful vacation. It’s always super clean and comfortable in every way. Thank you so much! We can’t wait to be back again!

Our family had a wonderful time, and plan on returning next year. Everything was perfect, from the travel time from Northern VA to all the great eating spots in the area. The best part of the house, in my opinion, were the views from the deck and the primary bedroom.

Fantastic beach house

This is a beautiful and well appointed home. The views are amazing from all the porches, and its location on the beach is top notch. The owner was great as well, both communicating information about the house and answering a couple questions we had during our stay.

Family vacation

Wonderful home in a great location. We played on the beach, fishing and crabbing and swimming. Explored all over and especially liked visiting Lewes and Rehoboth.

Great long weekend

Beautiful beach front property, very clean, kitchen well appointed. Area is quiet and peaceful, but close enough to restaurants and shopping if you want. Owner was very friendly and helpful when I made a mistake in booking. Thank you for a great weekend.

Private beach, fully equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer,excellant water pressure, comfortable beds and couches, huge kitchen, fantastic view of the water, plenty of seating on the multiple decks, large parking space in front, dog friendly rental and neighborhood, close to many parks and nature reserves, nice and quiet area without the tourist crowds, lending library in neighorhood, host was very informative and quick to respond to e-mails. I would highly recommend this rental property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The little things made it even better (hamper, charging outlet, dog mat for the bowls). Incredible views from the family room and sun room and master bedroom. Love the kitchen.

Vacation Rental Experience Exceeded Expectations

Clean, spacious, everything-you-need property on a gorgeous beach. Outstanding Beach House!!

This is our second year staying here and we had a fantastic vacation. We had the beach all to ourselves (even on a holiday weekend) and the kids had a great time looking for crabs, turtles and other sea creatures. The views from the house are like no other. We enjoyed sipping coffee every morning as we watched the dolphins swim by. The house is super clean, comfortable and has simply everything you need! Thank you so much, we can’t wait to be back and enjoy once again!!

Life is busy chasing after our 4-year old daughter, Sloane, 1-year old son, Beau, and 9-year old fur baby, Sammy.
