Dog- friendly, adequately equipped kitchen, and a wonderful host who responds quickly to questions/concerns. Everything as advertised! This was our second time staying here and we'll be back again.

Renee is an excellent host. She is extremely responsive and goes above and beyond if problem solving is needed. The location is a rare jewel in Broadkill, and the space is beautiful and very well appointed.

This place is amazing! Breathtaking views and an immaculate house. One of the best vacation houses we have been too. Beach is beautiful. Host is so nice. The sound is magical. We will be back! Highly recommend!

Great house! It had everything we needed and more. We especially loved that they had baby equipment available—it made traveling with a little one so much easier! The house was comfortable, well-stocked, and perfect for our stay. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you

Great house

Location is great, best of both worlds. The house is very nice and the kitchen had everything you could ask for. Loved our stay here and would love to stay again in the future!

Stayed 10 amazing days in October. Located on a quiet street, this home was perfect for 3 couples. Lots of room to spread out and views from every window. Kitchen was very well stocked and newer appliances made even stormy days a joy. Very comfortable beds. We hope to return soon

Really lovely house with great views from both the front and back. The house was confortable with lots of room for the family. There are plenty of beach supplies - chairs, umbrellas, a cart & bicycles to use. We had a great stay and hope to return next summer.

Amazing and Peaceful

This was our second time staying at this property and it was absolutely wonderful.. it is great for families especially with children as the beach is easily accessible and the view with all the nature around is stunning. Will book again :)

Wonderful Getaway

The house is amazing as it has views to both the wildlife preserve and the Bay. It is an ideal place to unwind, relax, and take long walks on the beach. We look forward to returning in the future.

Can’t wait to return.

Stunning property and views. Short walk to a nearly private beach. Easy drive to Milton, Lewes, or Rohoboth for dining and activities. Our toddler had an absolute blast and we can’t wait to come back again.

Love this house!

We love this house! The back screen porch is a secret hideaway. The views are unparalleled and we love the layout and all the gates. The gates kept the dog where we wanted them and were so convenient. Thank you for such a great birthday weekend!
