Wonderful home in Salt Lake City! Great location, very quiet neighborhood. Clean spacious house with lots of privacy. Host was responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

The place is a little rickety. The lawn is just dead grass/dirt and weeds. Inside is tight and doors don’t really close. The place was fine.

Worked out great for our ski trip. Convenient to all the resorts and a short drive from the airport. The hot tub was a godsend at the end of the day. Clean, comfortable home.

The house was nice and plenty spacious. The kitchen was not as well equipped as advertised (no mixing bowls to prepare food). Also expected a better maintained yard considering the posting specifically references the BBQ. The hot tub was great!

Property was just ok. For a 200 cleaning fee I expected a lot better on that front. Rafael's communication was excellent however. He did send his team to address a few things which was great. The whole house needs more attention than a cursory wipe down.

Great stay

Enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room. Enjoyed backyard for grilling and jacuzzi. Keypad made getting in easy. Cozy living room downstairs.

Great place to get to the mountains

We came out for a ski trip and had a fantastic time! It is in the perfect location for accessibility to the airport, multiple ski resorts, as well as restaurants & groceries. It was very nice to have 4 equivalently sized bedrooms when traveling with all adults. The hot tub was top notch after long days on the slopes!

The house was wonderful with a good layout - I would suggest better and more cookware for the place as this was minimal considering it can handle 8 people. Also the upstairs bathroom could have more room in front of the shower Also the front door handle sticks and very difficult to open from in or outWould love to stay here again!!!Jen

The location was perfect for us. Rafael was great to communicate with us. The house is an older home so no en-suite bathrooms, but every effort was made to make it nice.

Great Property

Came down for a work trip and stayed the rest of the weekend. Property was a described and better. The owners were great to communicate with and will rent again.

This property worked perfect for our family. As some mentioned above, it is an older home so it is a little boxy and the upstairs bathroom is a bit small, but overall it worked perfect for us. The house had games for the kids which was great. The WiFi was out and Rafael was quick to respond. The only thing that happened was the main TV in the living room didn’t work the whole time. With 6 kiddos that was a bummer when we stayed for 4 days. Entering else was clean and great.

Nice property close to everything

This is a charming house that is bigger inside than anticipated. We primarily stayed on the main level but knowing the large finished basement was available was nice, including the washer and dryer. The host was communicative and the property was well stocked with essentials. A small quibble is the lack of foam pillows (our preference) but otherwise highly recommend this property.
