Smoking, vaping, or recreational smoke of any kind is strictly prohibited inside or on the deck. A $500 fee applies for violations. Excessive noise may result in immediate eviction.

A great weekend spent in Surfside. Wonderful beach views from every room. The condo was exactly as pictured. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful condo! It was just right for 3 adults for a long weekend. Highly recommend and will stay here again. Hosts responded very quickly to questions.

Excellent location! Beautiful view. Everything was meticulously clean. The upgrades, and modern touches are impressive. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the communication. I typically dont have to bring paper towels,TP,napkins,laundry detergent,etcThankfully we brought beach towels.Also,a Murphy bed is mentioned in the ad. That was unusable because a sectional took up more space,and bed could not be opened. We were told after we booked.( but Im sure they would have refunded us)I just felt it was a bit misleading.

Great stay on the beach

Beautiful condo right on the beach . Owners are great . You won't be sorry if you book this condo for your stay on the beach . We do every year and look to forward to do the same next year .

Great Ocean Views

We have stayed here previous years as well. The property is amazing! There is an ocean view from every room, and the balcony area is phenomenal! There is easy access to the beach with a convenient shower and even a pool area. We love Surfside!

Cozy Condo & Great Ocean View

Condo is very clean and has a cute beach theme throughout. We enjoyed our time only staying a few days instead of going to a hotel. It was perfect for us. Also, beds are very comfortable which is always a big plus. Thank you Cyndi and Melvin for letting us stay and for always answering my questions quickly. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Perfection!

This condo was amazing! I truly felt like I was borrowing from a friend and not a rental! The unit must have been recently renovated, it was beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommend! Views were gorgeous as well! Just a few steps to the beach and a community pool.

Perfect Location/Beautiful Views

The condo is exactly how it is pictured. The ocean is right outside the condo and all the windows boast beautiful views. The condo is well stocked with kitchen supplies. The location is perfect and close to many amazing restaurants and attractions. I would highly recommend this condo for your next vacation. The owner was amazing with their communication and timely responses when questions were asked.

Beautiful condo. However, if you don’t want to be monitored for your every move, you don’t want to stay here. My husband & I are in our 50’s, stayed here with our 26 yr old daughter & her fiance. We came for our youngest daughter’s college graduation, in which she stayed at her apt. My 76 year old parents also came for the w/e for graduation, but they stayed in Barefoot Landing. On Sat, my parents & graduate daughter stopped by the condo to visit us for 2 hours. We all went to dinner to celebrate Mother’s Day. Later that night, my husband, daughter w/Fiance, and I went out with our graduate daughter & friends to celebrate graduation, returning to condo after 1am, just 4 of us. The hosts reported us, gave us a violation notice & accused us of tampering with their ring camera, stated condo staff told them we were over occupancy. Host, Melvin was upset that we returned to condo after 1am, I guess b/c they receive notifications when we come/go from condo. Again, my parents & youngest daughter visited us for 2 hours, while it rained outside. No pool use or beach access. Only 4 of us slept in condo & final night was just me & my husband, as our 26 year old daughter and Fiance had to leave a day earlier. We never touched the ring camera except for the doorbell. We paid over 1,800 for 4 nights. We’ve stayed in many oceanfront condos, via VRBO & have never experienced any kind of scrutiny/accusations. No violations EVER. Not returning. Signed, Responsible, Clean & Successful ADULTS…

We're disappointed to see the one star for communication but certainly not surprised. In this case, all communications were delivered as promised, and we were shocked to receive a voicemail from the guests upon arrival containing inappropriate language when the information had already been provided through multiple channels. We understand that not everyone checks email or texts regularly, but we encourage guests to review the messages sent through their VRBO account prior to arrival, as this is how we consistently communicate key details. We ensure all guests have the information they need ahead of time — including sending the door code and instructions and photos via VRBO messaging and text message well in advance of your arrival. We’re sorry to hear that our house rules did not meet your expectations. Our condo is both a personal retreat and a rental property, and we take great care in maintaining its condition for all who stay here. The guidelines we provide are clearly outlined in advance to ensure the comfort, cleanliness, and enjoyment of every guest — and to preserve the peaceful atmosphere we value. If any of our expectations feel too restrictive or don’t align with your travel needs, we completely understand and respectfully suggest that a different property may be a better fit. For us, maintaining the integrity of our home will always be more important than rental income. We appreciate your understanding.
