This spacious three bedroom, two bathroom home provides everything you need to have a top-notch stay in Nashville. There are many places to relax after a night on the town! During warmer evenings, there is nothing better than kicking-back on the front porch's bed swing. Staying with us during a chilly night? Enjoy a beverage or two by the fire pit. Outdoors not your thing? No problem- warm up in the cozy living room by the fireplace! Our fully stocked kitchen will make cooking a breeze. Did we mention the gas range? Very good location. We cleaned the grill but the rest of the house was clean. Close to everything!

Absolutely loved our first time at CMA Fest! This place made it more enjoyable to come home and relax. House was very nice, clean and like the pictures.

Bucket List Weekend

Came to Nashville with my best friends and my husband to experience Nashville. The house was perfect! Our host was quick to respond to my messages and was very polite and friendly! Loved our entire experience! There was NOTHING we needed all weekend!

Fantastic experience--would book again!

We really enjoyed our stay and loved Nashville as well. Everything about the experience was as good or better than expectations. The host was very polite, helpful, accommodating, and communicative. We plan to come back to Nashville and may even book the same place :) Thanks to the host for the great experience!

Mixed review

Location was close to everything. Fenced in yard was great for the dogs. Inside could have been cleaner but not bad. However, the outside back patio and front porch haven’t been cleaned in months or longer. So much so that we couldn’t sit on anything. It was filthy. We couldn’t get the tv in living area to work even trying different batteries. The window in the shower is weird. It should be covered.

The home was very nice, perfect layout for me, my husband, and my parents. It was early October so it was still perfect weather to be outside. The exterior furniture was a bit dirty, broken, and not very inviting to sit in. We made due and cleaned it up enough for us to sit in. One of the plastic Adirondack chairs was cracked and sent me to the ground when I sat down. The fire pit was really nice to have and created a great atmosphere. Overall a great stay, but be prepared to do some cleaning outside before using the furniture.

Great place to stay. Comfortable, clean, everything you need for your stay. Nice back yard, totally fenced for our dogs. The home is lovely and located in a well established residential neighborhood - you see people pushing baby carriages, playing with their kids, walking their dogs down the street. Very safe and quiet. But only a 9 Uber ride from downtown. Would be happy to stay here again! Thanks Tim for sharing your place.

Comfy Cozy

We hung our hats and kicked up our feet in this comfy cozy little home (with room to spare). Would 100% love to come stay again! Walkable neighborhood YES! Lyft/Uber to Broadway 15 beats the heck outta parking! Thank you for the additional AC units upstairs - great idea!Look no further BOOK IT Before it's GONE! Thanks Tim!

Very nice home, but cleanliness not the best

We really enjoyed our stay, however I believe the cleaning crew skipped some areas. The patio furniture hadn't been cleaned in quite some time, we had to wipe everything done before we could use it.

Family fun

As stated in previous reviews, the house could use a deep clean. We didn’t have enough seating at the table for our party but we made it work. We loved the new grill. Tim was very responsive when texted about issues. Overall, it was a good stay for the cost, close enough to downtown but not in the thick of it. Cute “walking” neighborhood

Perfect location for our trip

Plenty of room and home was nice and cozy. Tv in all bedrooms and living room . So we felt right at home . Nice quiet neighborhood.

First Time in Nashvile

The house was just perfect for the four of us. It was close to most everything we wanted to see and do in Nashville. It was clean and well stocked for our needs. We would suggest perhaps new towels as they seemed rather old and scratchy. Being short and old I would also suggest a step stool for the downstairs bedroom. It’s tall but extremely comfortable—-in fact all the beds were great! Tim was fabulous when we needed to communicate with him. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for others.

Perfect Location

The home was in a great location with easy access to sights, activities, and good restaurants but also in a quiet neighborhood for pleasant evenings/nights. Home was very clean and had a nice layout. Communication with the owner was easy and always got an immediate response. If we come visit again, this would be my go to rental.

Excellent location, homey stay

LOVED the neighborhood and vicinity to downtown Nashville. The home was welcoming and roomy enough for 5 adults, 1 child and a dog. We had a wonderful stay.
