disappointed experience, the property is outdated and the pictures on the listing are misleading
Our recent stay at this property we had a very disappointed experience. The property is outdated and the pictures on the listing are misleading. Here are some of the issues we encountered:-The pictures on the listing are old and do not accurately represent the current state of the property. There was an error light on the water filtration system, and the refrigerator's water and ice dispensers did not work. The bathroom in the pool had a water line that needed to be repaired. The listing advertised 3 king beds, but there were only 2 king beds and one queen. This has since been corrected after we complained. The gas grill shown in the pictures was not working and was very dirty/greasy. There is no hot tub at the property, and the jets in the spa that overflows into the pool do not work. We had to request a change to the timer to have the pool turn on while we were onsite. The walls by the pool had black stains on them, and the cement around the pool also had black stains. Not sure if it was mold or not. The patio on the second floor living room had a broken handle for the sliding door, and the deck had bird poop all over one side that looked like it had been there for weeks. The slider to the master bedroom was so dirty that you could barely see out of it. I had to clean it myself. There were many areas throughout the house, both inside and outside, where we had to have new lightbulbs installed. This place has the potential to be nice, but it has been neglected.
