Welcome to your island oasis! Nestled in the heart of paradise, our villa offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking views. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this spacious retreat can comfortably host up to 8 guests, thanks to two additional sofa beds in the airy living room. Start your mornings with a dip in your private pool overlooking the lush hills and sparkling waters of St. John. Spend your days exploring the nearby world-famous beaches, just minutes away, or indulge in the local cuisine at charming restaurants close by. Grocery stores are also conveniently located, making it easy to stock up for home-cooked meals in our fully equipped kitchen. Views are WORTH IT.

This place is exactly what the pictures show. We loved the privacy and quiet of the neighborhood. Connor was great and super helpful with the area.

Amazing view

We loved being so close to stores, restaurants and beaches while enjoying the amazing views and quiet setting. We also enjoyed being able to walk in the neighborhood for some exercise.

Perfect spot on Cabrita!

Location could not have been better for our family. Views were incredible and the pool was lovely. The house had everything we needed for day trips to the beaches. Highly recommend this spot and we will definitely return to this home for our next trip to St. Thomas!

Relax

The place was top notch The view was excellent and total privacy. Very quick drive to Red Hook. I will definitely stay here again. The place is equipped with beach chairs and a cooler. The Host Conner will respond quickly to any question you have. And again, the view is spectacular.

Amazing Stay

This place was absolutely perfect! The location was nice and quiet with unbelievable views! The space had everything we needed for a great visit. The Ritz was very close and great for boating excursions out of the resort. Would definitely go back!

Secluded and relaxing

The house was just as advertised in the photos. The pool combined with the view of the water and other islands was amazing. If you are looking to get away from it all this is the perfect place. The location is was secluded and very relaxing.

Amazing View

This place was perfect for us. Swimming in the pool with an unobstructed view of the ocean and other surrounding islands. Location was great. Easy to get to Red Hook and Compass point marina. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, comfortable, private getaway

We had an absolutely lovely stay here. Property is very private, clean, and comfortable yet close to Red Hook. Bedrooms are spacious and AC/fans are great. Splendid views and outdoor spaces, the perfect vacation house!

Stunning views

The view is amazing! Very close to Red Hook if you need to catch the ferry to St. Johns, grab groceries, or eat out at the many restaurants. The owner responded quickly to our questions and we had a great stay.

The view and great location

The view from deck was perfect, area close to or a close drive to many places . The house was clean and comfortable - feels like a home which is awesome ! had everything we needed and owner was great to work with . Quiet getaway and great light winds kept it comfortable .

You can’t find a better spot to stay!!

Amazing villa!!! Will absolutely stay again. Host was very easy to get a hold of when needed. Close to anything you want to do. The pool, the space was all perfection! Very clean with amazing views!!

Spectacular house on the cliff with unbelievable views. Our family spent a week here on Cabrita Point and had a wonderful stay. Responsive host and the house had everything we needed.

AMAZING VIEW

We had a fabulous vacation - the view from the villa was AMAZING!! We enjoyed many hours relaxing by the pool and the breeze off the ocean kept up very comfortable. The villa had everything we needed and we look forward to returning! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful villa!

Amazing stay!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful villa. The host was very responsive, the place was excellent with gorgeous views, and the pool was wonderful to relax in. The villa is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed to cook. The directions provided were clear and exact, and we had no trouble in finding the place. Thank you!

Loved our stay!

The location was beautiful-you cannot beat that view. We could see St. John to the right, and got to see all the boats and ferries sailing past. It was really close to Red Hook (restaurants, ferries) and not a far drive into the main part of St. Thomas. We didn't get to utilize the pool due to weather, but it looked great! The amenities (bedding, towels, etc) were top notch. And great support from the owner!

Pictures don't do it justice

Great place to stay! Owner was quick to respond to questions and views are just epic. wish i could show some pictures on here because the pictures on the site don't do it justice. The only downfall (if there is any) is that you feel bad leaving this place to go see anything else in St. Thomas. Every place we hung out or ate did not compare to spending time at this place.

Excellent family home.

The stay was do relaxing. Everything we did was about 5 to 10 mins away including the beach. We had a ball in the pool as well as just sitting on the deck lounging sight seeing. The view was amazing. Words cannot express the beauty of this home. It is one of the most peaceful places I have experienced. The sunrises to the stars. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. I will definitely be coming back. Stephen is the best, he answers any questions you have and its very quick. Don't miss out on this!!
