Escape from the hustle of bustle and retreat with your loved ones at this adorable, one-story waterfront gem nestled among other waterfront homes on Moultonborough Neck. A sweeping lawn delivers you to a beautiful, shared sandy beach (this beach is shared with the owner's family). This immaculate home offers an air-conditioned living room complete with a 42″ TV and recently remodeled bathrooms. The well-appointed kitchen is complete with every appliance needed to whip up delicious feasts and beach snacks for the group.



The Space:

The screened porch sets you up for fun times for eating without pesky bugs and enjoying that 'out-of-doors' feeling during those warm summer nights. Are you riding in on your motorcycle? There is secured and enclosed parking for up to four bikes! Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, DVD player, high-speed WiFi, propane grill and canoe.

Excellent location! It was very clean and the owners were super nice! We were close to everything and had a beautiful lake front. It was a great set up for our two young kids. It felt very comfortable to stay here. The only downside was the noisy bed in the main bedroom. Otherwise everything was excellent!!! We made some great family memories here! Thank you!

The house was perfect! Very cute and charming! The porch had ample space to relax without bugs and the yard and beach / dock area were perfect for our two little girls. The property shares the water access with the family that lives on the other house on site and they were very friendly, though we only saw them once. A 10 min drive to Long Island on Lake Winnie and 10-15 min to restaurants and grocery stores and such. A perfect mix of private and still close to civilization. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay in Moultonborough NH! House was clean with great access to the lake which our dog and 1.5 year old were big fans of! Lots to do in the area and the host was very friendly, offering great recommendations!

Beautiful home, lovely view, clean, convenient location, owners are very friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay here and the dock was extremely convenient for our boat rental. The landscaping was beautiful and well maintained and our dog loved playing in the nice grass. Would definitely come back.

Cozy, quiet spot with beach and dock on the lake

This is a cozy camp right on the lake with a small semi private beach and a dock. You are on a cove so there is not too much boat traffic during the week. It has a nice open green space for kids to run around and swim. The outdoor space was great! There is also a screened in porch to sit out and enjoy the sunset. There are some good restaurants within 5-10 minute drive. There is a convenience store close by for essentials. Doro Bakery is right up the road about 5 minutes drive and great for breakfast or lunch. Dinner spots we went to are Canoe in Center Harbor and The Bob Rod and Reel Tavern on the way to downtown Moultonborough. We had really good service at both places.

Beautiful spot on the lake

Lovely little cottage right on the lake with fantastic views. The host was lovely and the small private beach was wonderful. I will be back!

This cottage is so country, quiet and cozy. The homeowners are close by and very friendly. I stayed for bike week and when rain was abroad they even offered shelter for the bikes! House was very clean and feels like home.

Vacation 2023

so peaceful, quite, relaxing big yard brought my boat, private dock, had fire, watched fireworks from boat, close by attractions. Cottage was clean and roomy, nice view of the lake, planning to go back

Family gathering

Had a great time and great weather. Our great grandson enjoyed the lake and kept our dog busy with retrieving her water toys. Very quiet area, great for some much needed R&R. We will return next year!! Thank you to the Burns for sharing your little piece of heaven!

Waterfront cottage on lake winnipesaukee

I especially appreciated the location of the house on the lake which permitted easy launching of a 14 ft. sailboat and 2 kayaks into the lake from the property. Also, the property was located on one of the inlets to Winnipesaukee that had a smaller quiet section to the north, with conservation land on one side that was good for kayaking; and a larger section that connects with the main part of the lake, towards the south that was good for sailing.

We loved it!

We were right on the lake with a sandy beach and a dock to tie our boat up at. The boat launch was in Center Harbor, but a two-hour sail brought us to the property. There was also a paddle boat, a paddle board and a kayak. The house was clean and comfortable. It comfortably slept four, plus a convertible sofa in the living room would have slept two more. Lovely! Owners who lived next door were very accommodating.

Charming, bright, and enjoyable!

We were so fortunate to find this wonderful cottage, that also accepted pets. The beach was the perfect element for my little niece and elderly pup. Everyone could ease in, without the full dock plunge! The cottage is wonderfully cheery and bright and exceptionally clean! When there are just two people, and you don't need 12 beds for a week on the waterfront of Winni, this is what you're looking for! It was extra lovely to have air conditioning when necessary, and the gas grill was clean and easy to use. Sandy and Scott were charming and warm hosts who welcomed us, cracked great jokes, and also allowed us to have privacy. We hope to come again!!
