Stunning Villa Casa Familia is a 2nd-floor, 2-bedroom + plus den, 2-bathroom villa with gorgeous lake views over the 16th fairway of gated Highland Woods Golf and Country Club.

Every detail of this unit has been updated. Both master and guest bedrooms have king beds with new mattresses, luxury linens, fluffy hotel-quality towels and custom-designed closets. The master ensuite, with magnificent sunrise views over the golf course, lake and fountain, has two walk-in closets, a large step-in shower, large flat-screen TV and access to the golf-view lanai.

Beautifully appointed throughout: Enjoy stylishly comfortable Tommy Bahama furniture, all-new light fixtures, artwork, dining table for six, eat-in kitchen, new dinnerware, barstools, new full-size washer and dryer, 3 TV's and two fully-furnished lanais—one with golf course, sunrise views and another for sunset skies. Both lanais are screened for bug-free breezes; they can also be enclosed using the hurricane-rated sliding doors to enjoy extra air-conditioned or heated living spaces. The den, a perfect multi-functional space, has a built-in library, desk, full sleeper couch, and free high-speed internet/WIFI for remote work. Xfinity cable and Roku remotes included.

Ready for a swim? The new and spectacular resort-style pool, hot tub and cafes await, There are 6 additional heated community pools with one located directly behind the villa. Or, load your car with the provided beach chairs, towels, coolers, and umbrellas, and be at the beach in just 8-10 minutes. Hop on one of the two bikes to explore the quiet neighborhoods or stroll across the street to the Bonita Bay Promenade for incredible shopping and dining.

Rainy day? No problem—a collection of family games is available. Perfectly situated between Naples and Fort Meyers and minutes to fabulous restaurants, shopping and beaches.

NOT included in the rental price is the optional purchase of a Membership Transfer payable directly to the Highland Woods Country Club. Membership provides access to the community's golf, clubhouse/restaurant, tennis, bocce, pools, and fitness facilities for an additional charge of $650 for a 30- to 59-day stay; $850 for a 60- to 90-day stay; or $1050 for stays longer than 90 days. (Prices do not include the cost of sales taxes.)

Condo very nice, everything you would need. Owners were very responsive to questions and checked up on us thru the hurricane! We loved the neighborhood, close to Restaurants, shopping and other courses (should you want to use a reciprocal). Look forward to staying again. restaurants, shopping

Convenient location, a well-equipped kitchen for cooking enthusiasts, good mattresses and pillows for a healthy sleep, coziness and beauty. What else do you need for a great vacation?We got all of this at Casa Family. A wonderful house in a very nice condo. Teri is always in touch. In addition, chairs, a beach umbrella, two bicycles, and many other thoughtful and useful items make your vacation unforgettable.

Excellent Property!

This condo was the best condo we have ever stayed in Florida. So luxurious, clean, and well stocked with items that you need. We met a lot of wonderful people here. Everyone was so nice and kind. The owner was a dream. She answered all our questions and was very helpful.. If you want a wonderful place to spent your vacation, this is the place. We are definitely coming back again. I want to give this condo a 10 Star rating because that’s what it is. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay!😊
