For outdoor enthusiasts, the home is also conveniently located just 5 minutes from the renowned Nub's Nob Ski Area and 6 minutes from the beautiful Petoskey State Park.
Inside, you'll find a cozy and well-appointed space, complete with a fully stocked kitchen, a wood stove (temporarily out of service, fix is coming soon), and a smart TV for your entertainment. Relax in the living room, take advantage of the free WiFi, or enjoy a load of laundry in the in-unit washer and dryer. The home also features a variety of family-friendly amenities, including games, a music library (record player), and toys for the kids.
Step outside to the balcony or fire pit and soak up the serene surroundings, or take a short ride to the beach and lounge on the provided beach loungers and towels. Hike the trails by foot, or snow shoe, located right around the corner.
