Picture yourself here! This premiere, quiet one-bedroom condo just feet from the ocean offers views overlooking aqua waters from the roofed front balcony with balustrade. (No building in between.) Inside, floor to ceiling turquoise drapes frame glass doors of the living room decorated in shades of aqua, blue, and spring green. A queen size sleeper sofa and chair offer seating for the Sony flat screen TV with DVD player. Original artwork enhances the tropical atmosphere.

The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave and freestanding stove/oven, blender, coffeemaker, and toaster oven. Granite countertops extend out, offering barstool seating for four. Guaranteeing a quiet night's sleep in this tranquil setting, the spacious master bedroom with full bath features Lexington Tommy Bahama furnishings: king-size bed, night tables, and bureau. A back balcony offers sunny views of the ever-blooming, tropical landscaping.

Perfect location and condo!

The condo was in excellent condition, clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The property manager, Rachelle with St. John Villa Co, kept in touch with us before and during our visit checking on us. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return!

Can’t beat location!

Great trip! We have stayed at grande bay a few times and it’s a great location for getting to all activities, dining and all that Cruz Bat has to offer. We will be back!

Perfect Condo

Having stayed in Grande Bay condos many times, I can promise this unit will not disappoint. It was spotless and in perfect condition. I had never stayed in a lower unit and loved being able to watch the pelicans each morning and then actually hear the splash as they dove into the water. Several beach chairs in great condition as well as noodles and coolers on the patio for the perfect beach day. There were ample towels both beach and bath towels as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location & Wonderful Unit

Grande Bay Resort has fantastic location - easy to walk to restaurants & drive to beaches. Unit was well furnished & had everything we might want. Very clean & well furnished.

End of summer getaway

First Time St John

The property is amazing and management communication was fast/accurate. This condo has wonderful views of Cruz Bay and everything you would need for a great stay is within walking distances. Very nice pool and hot tub and elevator if needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Getaway

My husband and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary on St. John. The condo was lovely. It met all of our needs. We really appreciated all the beach gear that was available to us to use. The location was perfect. Easily walkable to many restaurants and bars. Anna May was so personable and easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to return.

Great location, spectacular views.

We had a great stay, host was great. The reason we did not give a full 5 star review was that the pool was being resurfaced and we were not informed of this. We feel that we did not get the full value as advertised. However we would stay again, but check that all is working next time. St John’s is awesome and we are glad we chose to stay on this island vs St Thomas.

We had a Wonderful stay! Everything was in Great shape! The washer and dryer was so handy! The rental jeep was Great for visiting the Northshore beaches! Walking to town was easy for dinner and shopping! We will be back!

To book or not to book?

From the get go, communication directly from owner. Communication from the resort, answering every question. If you think you forgot to pack something, this unit is well equipped. If not, everything is within walking distance. Short walk to numerous restaurants and shops. You will not be disappointed if you book here! Clean, easy, friendly and exceptional place to reserve on St.John.

Great place to stay. Best location around Cruz Bay!

Everything was great. The owners are great to work with, the property is very clean with wonderful furnishings. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony each evening before heading out to dinner. You can't stay any closer to the landing area than this. We will definitely be back.

This place was incredible!

This condo was in the perfect location - within walking distance to the bars and restaurants and easy to access from the street. The inside was immaculate and exactly as described. The owner was in contact and responded immediately with any questions I had. I will be back and will stay here again

Great Condo in a Great Location

Third trip to USVI, first time staying on St. John. Cannot beat the location. Easy walk to bars, restaurants, and taxis. King size bed and sleeper sofa were both comfortable. Pool was great for the kids. Rented a jeep for a few days in the middle of our stay and the included parking space was great. Hope to come back again soon!

Piece of Paradise

What an incredible stay my wife and I had with our three young children! The space was clean and open and what a view of Cruz Bay. We absolutely loved it. We had everything we needed and more!! The communication from everyone was fantastic. We were greeted upon arrival which made things so easy and quick to get checked into the unit. I would highly recommend this space and will 100% be staying again!

Perfect Location

Very nice unit, located a very short walk into town. Perfect location, easy to get to, and has a good view of the harbor. Clean, well-appointed, spacious kitchen. One minor issue with an appliance was handled very quickly by the owner. We plan to book again for next year.

After years of exploring the Virgin Islands through bareboat sailing rentals, we settled on St. John because of the spectacular scenery, the warmth of the island people, and the perfect weather.

We love the ever-changing vistas of the harbor: pelicans diving, sailboats coming and going. The proximity to town is another plus - we love leaving the car behind and walking to the many wonderful restaurants in Cruz Bay.
