"Indigo Blue" is a beachfront luxury condo located at Grande Bay Resort. The unit boasts unobstructed oceanfront and bay views from the desirable second floor in the front row building. Two balconies allow you to hear the gentle waves of Cruz Bay 30 feet from the condo. Part of the charm of Indigo Blue is having morning coffee or afternoon drinks on the balcony while watching the sailboats in Cruz Bay. The unit may be rented as a 2BR, 1BR Suite or Studio Suite. Each option has a private entrance to accommodate families or couples. We also own Mojo Blue 2 BR lock off located next to Indigo Blue in the front row building same level.

The 1 Bedroom Suite features a full kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There is a king size bed in the master with an en-suite granite bathroom and tiled shower. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Two balconies, one oceanfront and one off the master suite allow for outdoor relaxation. A reserved covered parking space comes with the two bedroom and the one bedroom condos. Each condo comes with a washer / dryer combo. The units are fully air conditioned. The 1 BR condo has a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker and full size oven and stove top. An electric Weber grill is located on the oceanfront balcony. All linens are provided including beach towels. Additionally, beach chairs and coolers are available for your use.

Indigo Blue is less than a 5 minute walk to restaurants, bars and the ferry dock. As you arrive on the ferry Grande Bay is on your right in Cruz Bay harbor. Upon arrival our property manager will greet you at the dock and escort you to Indigo Blue. The 1 BR condo does come with a reserved parking space which is a nice convenience in high season when parking is very limited in town. Additional services provided by Crandall on St John include, grocery delivery, wedding planning and restaurant reservations. Many guests prefer to walk to restaurants and shopping and hire taxis for transport to the north shore beaches. The front desk at Grande Bay will arrange taxi transportation for all Indigo Blue guests. If renting a jeep on island advanced reservations are highly recommended.

Grande Bay amenities include: Resort heated saltwater pool with hot tub overlooking Cruz Bay, air-conditioned workout room with Pilates Reformer and state of the art equipment, free wireless internet and free long distance calls. The front desk is staffed 24/7 to cater to your needs or questions. Yacht charters are available through Grande Bay to explore surrounding islands and cays. If traveling to the British Islands passports are required.

Awful unit!!

We are very experienced travelers having visited over 110 countries in our lifetime and have lived overseas in Japan and Russia. I say this only to establish that we believe we understand quality and good value. Unfortunately, this unit falls incredibly far from that mark. We were disappointed with the size and quality of our unit at this price point. This unit is significantly less comfortable and attractive that the other two units we have stayed in here in the past and all the others we have seen. Dramatically so! It would be understandable if the price was much lower, but it isn’t. Specifically: All the furniture is uncomfortable. The deck is so small there isn't much you can do to make it suitable. The TVs are a joke. We could only get NETFLIX on the main TV. The limited stations make it impossible to watch any news, weather, sports etc. The bamboo shades allow light in the bedroom. The closet in the bedroom was crammed full of unusable bedding for us. The other closet is unavailable. I had to fix the running toilet and the closet door in the bathroom that was totally off the hinges when we arrived. The rented lock-off next door generates noise like it’s in your living room. The shower can’t support two normal hot showers. On a positive note, the unit is very clean and well-stocked. The location cannot be beat.

Perfect stay

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful unit that directly overlooks Cruz Bay harbor. The owners/managers were incredibly communicative and everything was wonderful. I loved the personal touches in the condo. Would highly recommend and stay here again in a heart beat.

Great location. Amenities needed are there. Would stay again.

Walking to and from Cruz Bay is a breeze. Parking spot for this unit is right when you pull in the garage with the elevator to your room right next to you. Clean and comfortable once in the unit. They do have a couple of coolers for the beach but none of them are backpack coolers if you're looking for those. They have a few beach chairs on the balcony (4 I think) plus some snorkeling gear that people have left behind. We also left a beach tube for anyone who might want that. Check in was smooth and we had everything we needed. Thank you!!

Location, location, location!

We had a great stay at Indigo Blue. Loved that it was right on the edge of town and we were able to walk to everything in Cruz Bay. Property manager was great to work with and always responded quickly with any questions we had. It was so easy to rent a a jeep through them! It was waiting for us in the designated parking spot and we just left it in the same spot at check out.

Wouldn’t stay anywhere else

Location, location, location! You just can’t ask for anything better and this unit has it all! It’s our fourth stay with one of the owners properties… We dont book with anyone else. The unit has everything you need right down to the perfect view! Property management is always just a phone call If needed. See you In December at the mojo!

Paradise

Our stay on St. John in the Virgin Islands was nothing short of magical. The beautiful beaches with their crystal-clear blue waters took our breath away every day. We spent countless hours enjoying the beauty and soaking up the sun. It is as beautiful as described! The accommodations were perfect and incredibly convenient. We loved how close we were to town, making it easy to explore everything this paradise has to offer. Walking to fantastic restaurants and cute shops was a breeze, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the local culture and cuisine. Our hosts were exceptional—always responsive and genuinely helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay, providing excellent recommendations and tips for making the most of our time on the island. Perfect accomadations

We had a wonderful stay in the Indigo Blue Villa at Grande Bay! The spectacular view and comfy bed were our favorite parts of the place. The villa was clean and well stocked. It was nicely furnished and comfortable. The air conditioning worked like a charm. The power went out on the island many times while we were there but the generator on the property would start up immediately. While in our villa we would not even know the island was having a power outage. If available, we plan to book that same villa again next year. We loved it that much! The location is prime and fun was right outside our door. Although, we could “not” hear the bar and restaurant noise inside the villa. It was really quiet. The staff and management were wonderful also. An outstanding experience!

Best condo in Cruz Bay STT

Beautiful condo right on the water in Cruz Bay. Walk to everything, enjoy the spacious covered waterfront lanai. The pool was awesome. Every detail was thoughful and we loved having covered parking. There were beach chairs, umbrela, coolers and more. We loved our stay here.

Return to Paradise

Just completed our fourth stay at this property, each one better than the last and they all were as good as they could be. Indigo Blue is extremely convenient to the heart of Cruz Bay and convenient to the world renowned North Shore beaches. More so, it is well furnished for a comfortable stay with a full kitchen and well welcomed washer and dryer. I can’t imagine a better place to stay.

Clean, Quiet, Well-stocked, Great View and Location

This unit lives up to the pictures. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties in many places. This condo is one of the best stocked we have run across. You don't have to spend your time running out for more kleenex or toilet paper, etc. The view from the front balcony is wonderful, and the location is ideal. The soundproofing is great, and the unit is very quiet--even with loud music coming from the establishments a few doors down the street. We are also profoundly grateful that the complex has its own generator, as there were multiple power outages during our stay, which we heard is not uncommon. A great unit. If we were to come back to St. John, we would definitely want to stay here again.

Great location!

Clean, tastefully decorated condo in a great complex super close to town. No car needed! Gym and pool on site was a big plus! We will definitely be back.

Convenient location with nice appointments

The unit is well maintained and nicely appointed as described. Access to the beach, all activities and restaurants in Cruz Bay are literally footsteps away. The rooftop pool and hot tub are beautiful. The only disappointment was the lack of onsite concierge service. The front desk would hand you a list of taxis. That was their concierge service. However, the unit owners did provide a binder with dining and activities available on the island which was helpful.

Perfect accommodation

The condo has everything you could possibly need, well furnished (the king size bed is very comfortable) and the view is truly spectacular! It is also very clean. We loved staying here and would definitely stay here again.

Check in was easy. Unit was clean, comfortable, and nicely equipped. The property is close to the bars, shops, and restaurants of Cruz Bay. We would definitely stay here again.

We have been vacationing on St. John for 24 years. Our first visit was our Honeymoon and from that moment we fell in love with the island. Our children have learned how to swim, snorkel and explore on this island and we continue to make wonderful memories with every return trip. I enjoy sharing advice on where to dine and what beaches to visit for your vacation in paradise. I hope you enjoy St. John as much as we do.

We chose Grande Bay as our St. John home because of the premier location. The view is amazing. The amenities are unsurpassed and the convenience to Cruz Bay restaurants and shopping is ideal. The two bedroom lockout feature works well for our family allowing togetherness and independence when needed. The island is so beautiful you can sit back and enjoy your view at the beach and your view from Indigo Blue.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The location of Indigo Blue is in the lower Grande Bay building closest to the beach which allows you to hear the gentle waves of Cruz Bay. We enjoy listening to the waves at night. If this is important to you we would recommend the lower buildings rather than the upper building units at Grande Bay.
