Condo, Studio unit. king bed + queen cabinet bed, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-4)

We are proud to offer you a professionally designed and decorated studio suite in the heart of Cruz Bay. Our condo features hotel quality furnishings and all the amenities expected at a top class resort but with an added sense of privacy. The eat-on deck features stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and islands as well as the mountainside, town, and harbor of the island. We can have a local greeter meet you at the ferry dock if you desire, accompany you to the resort, and answer any questions you may have about the beautiful island of St. John.

The resort features traditional European and Caribbean architecture and modern amenities including swimming pool, hot tub, workout room, and extra large pool deck with ocean views. The location of the resort is unparalleled on the island. You will be located one hundred yards from quaint Cruz Bay town with its many restaurants and shops. Your immediate vicinity will allow access to many exciting and relaxing activities including fishing, sailing, scuba diving, spas, and day trips to neighboring islands. You can hike to the the most beautiful beaches, hire a taxi, or rent a car to explore the island.

This rental may have a parking space available on a first come, first serve basis and is only available with the rental of our Jeep Wrangler 4DR, contact us to check availability of the vehicle and a reserved parking space. If you have a vehicle the property manager will make every attempt to provide a parking space but it is not guaranteed without the rental of our vehicle. There are additional parking options in town close by if you rent a vehicle somewhere else. Video can be provided to show you the locations.

Perfectly situated close to town and the National Park :) very clean with all the amenities that we needed to enjoy our time on the island. The balcony was perfect for enjoying morning coffee and toasting the sunset each day.

We lived our stay here. It was easy to walk around and grab dinners in Cruz Bay. Renting the jeep was awesome and made getting around great! Would definitely return.

Clean room and view from the balcony was beautiful . Access to beach chairs and cooler were a plus. The host gave us food and beach recommendations which were very helpful. Rented their jeep when was super convenient with a dedicated parking space. Would stay there again.

We love how close it is from restaurants and Cruz Bay. During our stay, the island had 2 blackout episodes and because the hotel has it's own generator, our stay remained comfortable. We rented a 3-wheeler motorcycle which was located close to the hotel and toured the island with it. We had so much fun! Highly recommend

Great Location

Great location. Walking distant to restaurants, shopping and ferry. Will recommend to all that travel to St. John. Looking to stay here again next summer.

Anniversary trip

We so enjoyed staying here - proximity to everything in Cruz Bay is awesome, we enjoyed the pool/hot tub views every evening, and the kitchen was perfect for just a few simple meals in!
