Beautiful Southbay home in the West Bay Subdivision!

Very nicely decorated and totally furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath home with study. This beautiful home sleeps 8 comfortably and is fully stocked with all appliances to make your stay a comfortable one. It even includes a universal EV charger for your convenience. Every bed, including the futon, is furnished with luxurious 1,800 thread count bamboo sheets and bamboo pillows to give you a relaxing night sleep. The home is in a nice quiet subdivision and is only 10 minutes away from the Tampa Airport, within 15 minutes of 4 major malls, 10 minutes to the Ben T Davis Beach, and 45 minutes away from Clearwater Beach. You are also provided with 2 (2 person) inflatable kayaks and 2 beach cruisers for your enjoyment. There are areas nearby to go paddling and bike trails to enjoy. Discounts are given for long term bookings.

Great property, caring hosts

My family and I stayed for 4 nights as both our kids made it to the All-State bands and we had a great time.The house description was accurate, the house is in a very good residential neighborhood and it’s filled with details take I usually don’t see in other rental properties, such as remote control do the garage door, tesla charger, a kayak and 2 bicycles in the garage for the guests to use. The kitchen is super complete. The hosts live nearby and they are quick to respond to communication. I realized on my first night the house central heater was not working, I texted the host after 10pm and it didn’t take them 15 minutes to be at the door bringing electrical heaters for the bedrooms. They texted me at the next day asking if I would mind them bringing a technician to fix the issue on the next day, and after I confirmed they quickly took care of the issue. The house was warm and cozy again, everybody slept great.Also, thank you for the water bottles in the fridge and the bottle of wine, we certainly had a lot to celebrate. Cheers!

Comfy Home

It's a very nice and clean home. I really enjoyed the outdoor space; it's a very nice set up with a dining area. It would be nice to just have more lights in the dining area of the outdoor space so it can be enjoyed at night. I also liked the home is near the airport and all the major shopping centers. When I arrived I had a lovely card accompanied with wine and chocolates. That was very thoughtful!

Pictures don't do it justice!

The property was wonderful and had plenty of room. The outdoor area was great for relaxing and the indoor lounging/eating area was great for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids. The Master Bedroom was very nice and had a closet space for us to set up a pack and play for pur 1-yr old.

Owner only communicates only thru VRBO. Master bathroom toilet water runs. Notified owner, they never showed to check problem and didn't send someone to fix problem.

Help was given in time of need

Jennifer was quick to respond to any request we had. It was a rough patch after the hurricane and I'm glad I had a comfortable place to take my parents after Helene to give them a place to rest especially with my dad's medical needs

Beautiful and comfortable home

We really appreciated the stay. The property was clean, welcoming, and easy to access. We were welcomed by a gecko on the front porch but none visited us inside, which was good. I would stay here again.

Very nice and charming home!

The home was very nicely decorated. It had everything we needed and then some! We really enjoyed the screened in patio. Nice to sit outside with as few pests as you can! Bed was comfy and everything worked! We would definitely recommend this home and if we have the need to be in Tampa again, we wil check availability of this home first!

Family Gem!

My family came down to Tampa to enjoy its major attractions, and we found that the location of the house was perfectly situated within easy reach of everything we wanted to see. The pictures online didn't do the house justice; it exceeded our expectations in every way. Jennifer was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The house had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, from well-stocked kitchen essentials to cozy bedding and ample entertainment options. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Great Temporary Home

We stayed here while waiting to move into our new home as we relocated to Tampa. The host has thought to provide every little thing you would expect in a home—all the essentials (and even some luxuries) in the bathrooms, laundry room and kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and dog friendly—great for early morning walks— and close to shops, restaurants, main highways, etc. Highly recommend!

Chasing Ghost

My wife's family was originally from Tampa/Ybor city area and for her birthday she wanted to go visit her grandparents and other relatives graves and other areas from her life. We found this house and liked the reviews, so we booked, EVERTHING positive is 100% correct, when we walked in the house I literally said out loud to my wife WOW! Everything you could want or need (coffee pods, chips, popcorn and other treats) were provided, house VERY clean and the beds were wonderful, We could not have ask for a more perfect place, and it was very convenient to all that we wanted to do. And my wife had a wonderful 64th birthday!

Visiting family - Perfect location

This house was located right in the middle of several family members we were visiting. The kitchen & dining room were spacious enough to host a family dinner. Everything was comfortable and convenient. Appreciated ability to park inside the garage each night. Wish we had time to use the bikes or kayaks. Enjoyed the sunroom and hammock!

Nice Home in a Quiet Neighborhood

Property was true to the description - very clean and comfortable in a nice quiet neighborhood. Host communicated thru VRBO but I couldn't seem to reply on the site. Didn't get her message regarding checkout until after we had checked out. Probably a written guide on that at the home would have been a good idea.

Best place to stay near Tampa

I cannot say enough good things about our stay in this lovely house. The house itself had everything you could ever need or want. Ours hosts thought of everything. There was little touches that just made our stay exemplary. Like a few coffee pods to get us started, sugar, sweeter and a few tea bags too. Spices, salt and pepper, some veg oil and all the dishes, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils. You get the idea! Lots of puzzles, games and great TV in the living room and all bedrooms. There is just nothing I can think of that was missing. Hosts are super sweet and responded to our messages immediately. The house is decorated nicely and if possible, looks better than the photos. At one point there was 4 of us staying there and we had plenty of room. The neighborhood is safe and a stones throw from stores, restaurants and drugstores. We will be booking this home again and again!! Thanks so much for making our stay fantastic!!
