This single family ranch is located in a residential neighborhood in Devon Park right in the center of everything Midtown has to offer, 5 min to UNCW, 6 min to Cargo District, 10 min to Historic Downtown, 14 min to Wrightsville Beach. Easy access to the Cross City trail, perfect for walking your dog or bring your bike and explore some great parks, breweries, and restaurants along the way! It's all about the simple things in life, enjoy the company of friends & family around the table playing card games or relaxing on the back patio watching your pup roam the spacious fenced back yard. Enjoy the chiminea fireplace in the backyard on those chilly nights. This home sleeps 8 in total. There are four bedrooms, one with a full size bed, one with a bunk bed (full & twin), and two with queen beds. Two full baths and washer/dryer. Wifi & Smart TV in living room for your entertainment. This home has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Wilmington. There is parking for 3-4 cars in the driveway and covered carport. This home is dog friendly, $50 pet fee per pet, please notify us if you'd like to bring your dog.

Very Nice House

Nice quiet neighborhood. Great location to UNCW. The house was clean and kitchen was well stocked. 3/4 bedrooms had comfortable beds. Overall a really nice place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. It had everything we needed and offered a lot of space. It was located in a great neighborhood that was close to everything we needed. The only downside was that the bed in the very back room was squeaky and uncomfortable.

Adorable house with loads of potential!

Property is perfectly located but a bit old. The beds and couches are not comfortable at all but the house is spacious and welcoming and conveniently located!

Great place, plenty of room and just about everything you need.

We went to visit family in Wilmington and Carthage. Spent time shopping and seeing historic sights. Place was clean and easy to settle in. Would stay there again. Heard neighbors playing basketball behind us but there is trees and bushes around the back yard and sides so pretty isolated.

Spacious home with plenty of room for our family to spend time together while in town for a wedding. I appreciated that there were amenities such as dish soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels supplied so that we didn't have to purchase them for our short stay. Easy check-in and check-out directions.

Christmas with the Kids

This property was all we could ask for. Very nice house and our dog loved the yard to play in. Very nice neighborhood and all neighbors were very friendly. Will come back again.

Overall, Great place

Loved the fenced in yard for the dog, my parents had one side of the house while my family had the other, each with our own bathroom. Need to fix the tub in the far bathroom, I had to use the one my parents were using to bathe my kids. Besides the tub situation, there were a few cockroaches I had found in the far front bedroom, may want to do something about that. Overall, Great place, convenient for all activities around the area

Management company was on top of it when things went wrong though sometimes they were slow to respond.

Jennings Junction Review

Overall house was good; Very clean, convenient to downtown Wilmington and slept 8 very easily. Recommend packing your own pillows, box fans for the rooms and prepare for very little storage area so you will be living out of suitcases. Property owners could definitely invest in some sturdier/ more comfortable furniture. We would stay there again but would prepare better knowing the items above.

Clean, Comfy and Convenient

Nice, quiet neighborhood. Easy access to all of New Hanover County. Pillows could use an upgrade. Remember to check smoke detectors regularly. We had to put in a new battery in one that kept chirping to tell us that it was ready for a new one.

The beds were fine for the kids, a little harder on my husband’s and my respective backs, but that was a minor note on an otherwise nice rental. It was nice to have a fenced in yard for our dog to play with us, and they provided bags to pick up after our pup, which was a nice bonus. It was easy to drive to downtown and other local attractions. We had a very pleasant stay.

Weekend visit to UNCW

We were in town visiting my niece at UNCW. The location of the house was very convenient to the campus, as well as other fun things to do in Wilmington. There was plenty of room for all of us and the beds were comfy (a little squeaky, but comfy). The kitchen was stocked with dishes (wine glasses would have been nice) and pots & pans, so we were able to cook and eat meals together. We had a lovely visit in Wilmington and we would stay in this house again.

Good Family Time Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very welcoming owners and they were kind to include pet water bowls, leashes, and poo bags. Dogs loved the fenced back yard complete with squirrels for entertainment. Smart TV was so smart that we could not watch any TV and that was a bummer for Grandma. Several large cochroaches inside the house (but maybe this is the norm when at the beach). Furniture was worn, lampshades frayed,- house looked 'tired.' Paint could be touched up and it would likely make things look fresher. Great location to UNCW and worked well for our family visiting our eldest for Family Weekend at UNCW. 4 well-sized bedrooms but bedframe in back room super squeaky. This was our first VRBO so I think I have learned a few things. Thank you for welcoming us into your home and for allowing us to bring our dogs too...allowed us some good family time.

Not too bad of a rental

Clean and spacious.Positives: nice furniture, spacious, clean, easy to get to, centrally located, well stocked. Definitely lots of room for a family to enjoy vacation. Negatives: all the palmetto bugs outside in the carport! I lived in south florida and never seen anything like it. They would be crawling on the 1/2 wall and garbage cans. Hard to keep them from getting in the house. The pillows were very thin, rooms got stuffy because of no fans, and toilet seats were loose because they were missing the screws.

Important trip

The stay did NOT disappoint! The house was clean, very spacious, quiet and conveniently close to whatever needs there maybe. Kitchen space is huge and the host provides the necessities. Would recommend to someone and would stay again

Beautiful Private House

Beautiful house, tons of space, great location for privacy. For a family with a toddler and baby it was great to have a house that was reasonably priced and private so when they needed to be loud it wasn’t bothering someone else. The cockroaches were a little much for us but overall it was well cleaned and decorated.
