My friends and I were in Wilmington for a girls trip celebrating our 50th high school graduation reunion. We were very pleased with this VRBO rental. We found a recently updated, clean and beautifully furnished home. It had everything we needed for our 4 day stay and is conveniently located near the historic district, restaurants, shops and the river walk. Lindsey promptly answered our questions and made the entire process from booking to checking out smooth. I highly recommend this home and Lindsey.

really great place! you do have to walk a couple minutes away to park your car, it was fine for my group but just make sure that’s doable for you :)

Charming, beautifully decorated and updated. Clean and well stocked. Very convenient to downtown Willmington. We enjoyed our stay!

The house is lovely; beautifully furnished and accommodating our needs. The host was quick to resolve an issue with the shower door, sending someone to repair it the same day. Only issue was we weren't aware we would be entering through the back door for the duration of our stay. The path from our parking area had high grass and was uneven to walk on. It was also poorly lit at night which made it difficult to navigate. Lastly we had difficulty getting the lock on the back door secured several times which was very frustrating.

Convenient location for walking to riverfront viewing of Fourth of July fireworks. Home was clean and great for our group of two adults and 3 teenagers. Communication with host was quick and easy. We would definitely return if our plans brought us back to Wilmington.

We really enjoyed our stay in Wilmington at this property. It was walkable to downtown, as well as to a local pizza place, Crossfit gym, and retro arcade, which was great with kids. It was also an easy location to get to main roads, and about a 20 min drive to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet, and the house provides a nice location to relax and sit on the porch after you’re done exploring for the day. The availability of laundry machines was a big plus, given the heat during the week we stayed. The host was very responsive when we messaged, and the check-in and check out instructions were clear, complete, and easy to follow. We would absolutely stay here again if returning to Wilmington.

House was perfect for our visit to tour UNCW. Close to food and shopping and close to several beaches. A little loud at times due to planes/military choppers but that is to be expected in the area. Property was spotless and host was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Anna was very friendly and easy to talk to and very responsive. Pets are allowed easy walk to old town Wilmington two rooms with queen beds, one with two twins . Open concept I’m very comfortable.
