This fabulous farmhouse is full of history and charm! Located just 3 miles from the Texas A&M University campus! Originally located across from TAMU on Texas Avenue, the farmhouse was moved to the 20-acre family land over 30 years ago. Completely renovated inside and out, the beloved farmhouse awaits the opportunity to make more memories with you! It is thoughtfully decorated with new furnishings and is fully stocked and ready to accomodate your needs.

The farmhouse is located on 20 acres and surrounded by trees. There is a pond very close to the home and accessible through a wooded trail.

Bring your camera for bird watching. No hunting is allowed.
Pets must be preapproved.

Small gatherings for graduation celebrations, birthdays, etc. may be allowed. Contact the host to go over the number of guests allowed. An additional fee for events may apply. Maximum guests allowed for events limited to 15.

Relaxing getaway

We loved the charm of this "home away from home". It was so quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The birds greet you in the morning the firepit helped us create so many memories. Thank you for an awesome place for us to stay!!

Quaint & secluded

Kathy’s place was a lovely stay nestled in the trees. The place was clean and gave us plenty of space for the family. Highly recommend this for your next trip to College Station!

Amazing property close to campus

We had an amazing stay at this property! We were staying over Thanksgiving break so that we could be near our Aggie unable to travel over the break. We made amazing memories and will definitely be back! Thank you for opening your home to us Kathy!

Nice property and great communication with owner

We were in College Station for a softball tournament so didn’t spend a lot of time in the house, but enjoyed the property. It’s tucked away from others and quiet. It had everything we needed to make breakfast and prepare for long days. House was clean and inviting. The owner was very easy and quick to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Long weekend

We stayed at this property while my daughter had a softball tournament in College Station. it was great! Plenty of room for our family of 4. I enjoyed the kitchen and being able to cook dinner and breakfast to save on some of the cost of travel. The outdoor space was great too, easy to find and Kathy was super responsive and helpful. We definitely plan on staying here again!

A week away from home

We were very happy with the house and communication from the owner. It’s a great space and a nice get away. The house is in a very lovely location, the amenities are very close, the neighborhood lovely, and the folks we had encounters with in College Station and around the house great. If we choose another trip to College Station next year, I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Peaceful Retreat

Kathy was amazing to deal with. She was quick to respond from the very beginning to the end. The home was charming and the property was beautiful. This cute, stylish home was a very peaceful place, within minutes from everything. We enjoyed grilling on the BBQ pit; this was a plus accommodation. The fire pit was a nice feature as well. Thank you Kathy!

Amazing Hidden Gem!

Kathy’s farmhouse was just perfect for our weekend getaway to see our boys in College Station! Nestled among mature trees on 20 acres, this beautifully remodeled, well-appointed home combined unique Southern charm with upscale, modern sophistication. We enjoyed our time reading and relaxing in the open kitchen/living area with high ceilings and artful beams. The house seemed a lot larger than the actual square feet. The location was so peaceful and quiet, yet we were only a very short drive to campus. Kathy thought of everything we needed to enjoy our stay, from the comfy linens to the impressive coffee selection, and our pup loved the cute dog bowls. This place is special, and we’ll be back!

Really nice😀

I would like to mention that the yard isn’t fenced in…yes it has a line of chain link fence, but it not enclosed in any way. It was wonderful and we loved it. Please remind folks to bag dog poop, as there were a few piles we stepped in. Will definitely stay again.

Cozy cottage tucked away in CS!

This place is just perfect. Clean, cozy, farm/cottage style home that you’d have no idea is minutes away from the hustle of College Station and campus. We really enjoyed our stay and host even was so nice to mail us some items our little one left behind. Couldn’t recommend this spot more!

We are LOCAL hosts who have made Bryan/College Station our home for over 20 years. Our children have been raised in Aggieland, and we are proud Aggie Parents.

I am a real estate broker and designer, and Neil works in construction and remodeling. While we enjoy our real estate business, we have had the most joy in hosting guests. Hearing the beautiful stories of family gatherings, graduations, reunions, and such warm our hearts.

Long-term stays are welcome, and we accommodate them when open dates allow.

Most of our properties are pet-friendly. We have found that traveling pets are most often well cared for and are extended furry family members.

Feel free to ask us about Aggieland, things to do, places to eat, and of course, real estate sales, leasing, and investing. We are happy to help!

This adorable farmhouse captured our hearts from the beginning! We have loved spending time on this property while remodeling. It's in town, yet the wooded acreage that this home is located on is incredibly quiet. The 20 acres that belong to this home are located next to another 20 acres with one cabin. Overall, there are 40 acres of quiet surroundings and trees! There is a pond on the property that is accessible through wooded trails.
