Retro Retreat: Charming Home w/Hot Tub & Fire Pit

Nestled on spacious land just 3 miles from Windham Mt and 12 mins to Hunter Mt, this 1970s ski chalet will provide you with a unique place to stay in comfortable surroundings. Hot tub just added! This chalet includes charming decor, new comfortable beds, and a sprawling backyard deck with gas grill all nestled into the tree lined yard with views of the mountains beyond. Relax in the living room that features vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and a wood burning fireplace & a fully stocked kitchen

The Space:
Additional seating and games can be found in the second lounge area downstairs, which can also double as a 4th bedroom with a queen size air mattress. This 3 bedroom/2 full bath chalet has 6 total beds. The 3 bedrooms contain a king bed, a queen bed and a third bedroom with a bunk bed next to a twin bed with a trundle below.

The expansive backyard is perfect for lawn games in the warmer months and sledding in the winter (we have 3 sleds) and use the fire pit surrounded by adirondack chairs for all four seasons. The Chalet comes with lots of amenities for your whole family, so that you can pack less and enjoy your time while you are here. There are many toys/games/puzzles, a Roku with Netflix and Disney+, as well as toddler-size deck furniture, a high chair for babies, toddler dining chair, kid-friendly dishes/utensils, blackout blinds in the bunk room, pack n play with sheet, bed bumpers, and a sound machine.

The Chalet is in a perfect location with amazing hiking and mountain biking trails that connect to the Escarpment trail a 2 minute walk way or take an easy, short scenic drive to either Hunter or Windham with plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and of course both ski resorts.

Other Things to Note:
** As most of the homes are on wells, there can be a slight sulfur or iron smell to the water. It is safe to use and consume, but bottled water is recommended if you're sensitive to that ***

Interaction with Guests:
I like to allow guests the freedom to explore the home and all of its amenities at their own pace. I went through great lengths to enter all of the information that you could need into the listing so please feel free to review it if you have any questions as to anything that the home has to offer.
