We will definitely book here again! What a tranquil place to stay, just what we were looking for! Amenities were perfect- super cute and clean, full kitchen, comfortable beds, hot shower, wifi, Roku TV, gas grill and firepit and LOTS of outdoor space. Walking trails to the pond and creek were great, our dog thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. The large porch was perfect for coffee and for the (bird) morning chorus. Visited down town Murphy, the dam and some places to hike nearby. Our host had our check-in details prior to arrival, smooth check in and out , and very much enjoyed our peaceful stay! Don’t pass on this gem!

Everything was perfect! The cabin had everything that we needed. It was very private and peaceful! We had fun walking the trail and hanging out on the deck.

The cabin was very clean and neat. Communication with the owners was easy and effortless. The only thing to be mindful of is there is no cell service. Make sure you take note of the door code before you get through Ducktown.

I wish there was 10 stars! An amazing location! Everything you need and then some! The owner was absolutely wonderful!! My wife and I could not believe what was offered for a great price. We will be back every chance we get !! Thank y'all so much

Wonderful place to stay

The property was beautiful. Excellent communication with the owner. Has everything you need! Perfect getaway. Very clean and would highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy little dog-friendly cabin in the woods. The piece of property was great for walking our dogs, and was gorgeous. Cabin was at the end of the driveway, and offered peace and seclusion. Great for a couple of day mountain get away, and convenient to all local attractions.

The host is very attentive and you can tell the property is maintained with Love. Very off grid and out of the way. The place was comfortable and calming. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful & Peaceful

The best thing we can say is that we hated to leave and can't wait to return. The cabin has been lovingly expanded and renovated to provide a very comfortable up-to-date environment with a personal touch. The property is very private and very walkable with beautiful meadows, creeks and a pond. As a bonus, the holiday decorations were charming. Tesy is congenial and geniunely responsive. As I said, we can't wait to return. Thank you, Tesy, for sharing this incredible site.

Awesome stay

The manager, Tess, is very attentive to every detail. She responds to requests within minutes. Even answered the phone at 12am when we arrived and I forgot the keylock code. The house has everything, even laundry. Internet is flawless. No LTE on my T-Mobile, but WIFI calling is perfect. There is a small trail around the property with a pond. Full grocerie store is 33 minutes away. Pool bar is 3 minutes away. Two wheel drive car can access the property. Very quiet. Wood fireplace and outside fire pit work just fine. Inside heaters and hot water, shower.

I was there during the beginning of Fall. It was peaceful and quiet, plenty of property to roam around and take my dog out for walks. beautiful starry skies at night. My only concern was that the electric wall heating system did not work. However the fire place and portable heater kept the house and bedroom cozy, Host left a mat/blanket for my dog and a couple of treats which she enjoyed.
