The cottage is less than one mile from Nashville's 12 South neighborhood, 4 miles from downtown, 3 miles from Vanderbilt University, 2 miles from Belmont University, and blocks from Lipscomb University.

My family and I spent a perfect week in this home. We moved our daughter into college and needed space to put together furniture and unbox items. It was the perfect amount of space for the 7 of us. Its a warm and friendly atmosphere and a lovely quiet street. Blake was a wonderful host with great communication. Would definetly stay here again.

Our hosts were very welcoming, even leaving snacks for the family to enjoy when we arrived! The home is lovely and worked great for our large family’s Thanksgiving dinner! We were very comfortable staying in this adorable cottage. The location is very convenient to all things Nashville.

The home was truly a comfortable and adorable home away from home. The furniture was comfortable and the home itself had all of the little things you would want in a home. Blake, the homeowner was extremely accessible and accommodating. The location was about a 10 minute drive from downtown which was perfect for our family. It was close enough to be able to experience the fun parts of Nashville but in a cozy, quiet neighborhood which allowed us to relax in our downtime. We highly recommend and will definitely be back!

We stayed with our 2.5 year old daughter and 82 year old father and it was perfect, very clean and quiet. Especially nice to have some toys and books available. We loved sitting out on the back deck and we’re a short drive from our favorite hike at Radnor Lake. We will definitely be back!

Great place

Great place to stay. Clean and spacious place and well equipped. Convenient location, close to lots. Short, easy Uber ride to downtown and area abutting towns. Good safe neighborhood for walking too.

Cute bungalow

Charming house that was a perfect home base for our time in Nashville. Beds were comfortable, coffee and snacks were appreciated. We would return.

The house was beautiful, comfortable and well maintained.The only difficulty is the parking being so high. It is a steep descent carrying luggage so just be prepared. The host was wonderful and accommodating. We had a wonderful experience here. Highly recommend

Perfect location

Perfect for the kids. The set up was just what we needed and it was close to family. Blake was incredibly responsive and helpful. Overall great experience.

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy, comfortable home. The quiet, shady neighborhood is just right for strolling and enjoying nature. The parking space was convenient. The home decor is neutral enough to be relaxing but also beautiful, homey, and interesting. All the furniture was comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom amenities were what we needed. Be aware that the AC upstairs had a tough time keeping up with the summer heat. We would stay here again if we had need in the future!

The cottage was just what we needed for a weekend getaway in Nashville with young children. Great location in proximity to 12 South and an easy drive to Franklin as well. The hosts were very attentive to any needs! Very happy with our stay here.
