Stay where you'd want to live! Our home is minutes to Downtown but safely tucked away on a quiet street in one of the most affluent and sought after areas in Nashville. Truly- THE BEVERLY HILLS OF THE SOUTH! We have lived here for over twenty years and love it.

Enjoy loads of space for entertaining or relaxing, both inside and out with 2800 sq ft of space all on one-level home with half acre lot with a soothing babbling creek running through the property while also being minutes to all that Nashville has to offer!

A perfect girls getaway or vacay with the family kind of home! (Please note, this property is not suitable for children under 8 years old)

Whether in town for a sporting event, music festival, wedding, business or pleasure- the location of our home and spacious environment is a great fit! More inviting and cozy than hotel travel, create memorable experiences in our Green Hills home! We offer free high speed wifi and high-def T.V. with the sports package.

Open spaces include a living room, open plan kitchen with an eat-in and formal dining area as well as 2-seat kitchen bar and sun room complete with pool table. You will have ample room to have your own space while also being together.

There is ample parking in the driveway as well as fully secured parking for several cars.

Located in the Green Hills/Belle Meade areas of Nashville you will be close to all major conveniences. Five grocery stores are within minutes including Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and Publix and Kroger. You are minutes from Green Hills Mall and many other shopping areas, bars and restaurants. Minutes to 12South, Melrose, Sylvan Park, Gulch and Downtown. A very safe and friendly neighborhood that is close to everything!

Amazing Stay

This house was a perfect stay for our family! Only 20 minutes from Broadway and five minutes from Publix. It was a great location! Great communication from the host and very helpful and caring to make sure our stay was comfortable.

Great Nashville House

Such a great experience at the Greenhills House in Nashville. Clean, spacious, and wonderful furniture and a pool table to keep us entertained! Definitely worth a visit and staying here.

Perfect vacation spot

This house is amazing. So spacious and beautifully decorated. Located very near everything we wanted to do. And Meghan was very quick to respond and helpful with recommendations. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Very nice house with good air and lots of space. Has a pool table but had no other cards or games.. no worries. Nice kitchen area with all the dishes and pots and pans. No extras as in spices, cooking oil, etc as many houses do. Had enough towels , wash clothes , and a very nice washer dryer and plenty of laundry soap. BBQ worked good. Good host Meghan . Thanks for a good visit!

Family wedding week Nashville

Great house short drive to everything

Large central areas for playing board games and loved the pool table. We had 6 adults and there was more than enough room! Great beds and bedding, everything you need… short drive to everything! Very nice quiet neighborhood. We loved it!

Great property, close to everything. We had a rental car so it was very easy to get everywhere we wanted to. Spent a couple of late nights playing cool which was great. We definitely stay here again if I come back to town.

Home Away from Home

Located in a quaint neighborhood that was within a mile of where our son lives. Was a great neighborhood to take a walk in. Also located close the Green Hills mall and all the great shopping and dining around there! The host was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. It truly felt like home away from home, and we will definitely be back!

Very comfortable The home was: roomy, well lit, comfortable decor, cozy beds, and pool table fun for a rainy day. ( so much to see annd do in Nashville ). Our host was welcoming, friendly and communicated promptly. We enjoyed much of what Nashville had to offer. The neighborhood, the lay of the land, and wonderful shopping along with homes that were architecturally interesting; was lovely to drive around. Thank you again to our host. When we bought our home, every detail was accounted for. Home is where the heart is, and there hasn't been a day spent here where life wasn't enjoyed to the fullest.
A home meant for memory making, waking up to the smell of fresh coffee and birds chirping. The sound of serenity in nature while enjoying the babbling creek behind our home while grilling out on the patio in the summer evenings. We love taking drives through the neighborhood and seeing the beautiful homes nearby, grabbing a quick bite at a trendy hot spot or sometimes a unique mom and pop spot for a little BBQ. Often, one of our favorite shows known as "Triple D" will showcase a neighborhood favorite. These hot spots are well worth the trip down the road!
Being so close to our high end shopping district is wonderful for our shop til you drop family members, as well as the local spas for the ultimate girl's retreat. During these times, our sports fans are off to the fun zones, hitting up Predator games or a soaking up the day checking out the music scene. Everyone can agree on the Bluebird.. espciaially if youre a fan of the show Nashville.. just to see what the buzz is about! Vanderbilt is minutes away as well!
We know you and friends or your family will love our unique home, as we do. Plenty of our traditions have been had here.. Granny's special pie, mom's home cookin.. you name it, we've enjoyed a lifetime of goodness here and cannot wait to hear about your stay in our beloved home. Welcome to Nashville!
