Stay where you'd want to live! Our home is minutes to Downtown but safely tucked away on a quiet street in one of the most affluent and sought after areas in Nashville. Truly- THE BEVERLY HILLS OF THE SOUTH! We have lived here for over twenty years and love it.

Enjoy loads of space for entertaining or relaxing, both inside and out with 2800 sq ft of space all on one-level home with half acre lot with a soothing babbling creek running through the property while also being minutes to all that Nashville has to offer!

A perfect girls getaway or vacay with the family kind of home! (Please note, this property is not suitable for children under 8 years old)

Whether in town for a sporting event, music festival, wedding, business or pleasure- the location of our home and spacious environment is a great fit! More inviting and cozy than hotel travel, create memorable experiences in our Green Hills home! We offer free high speed wifi and high-def T.V. with the sports package.

Open spaces include a living room, open plan kitchen with an eat-in and formal dining area as well as 2-seat kitchen bar and sun room complete with pool table. You will have ample room to have your own space while also being together.

There is ample parking in the driveway as well as fully secured parking for several cars.

Located in the Green Hills/Belle Meade areas of Nashville you will be close to all major conveniences. Five grocery stores are within minutes including Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and Publix and Kroger. You are minutes from Green Hills Mall and many other shopping areas, bars and restaurants. Minutes to 12South, Melrose, Sylvan Park, Gulch and Downtown. A very safe and friendly neighborhood that is close to everything!

Football,Hockey and Music

Great property, close to everything. We had a rental car so it was very easy to get everywhere we wanted to. Spent a couple of late nights playing cool which was great. We definitely stay here again if I come back to town.

Great house!

We had a wonderful time in Nashville for Thanksgiving. The house was perfect and the property manager was great! Thinking of coming back next year for Thanksgiving too.

Home Away from Home

Located in a quaint neighborhood that was within a mile of where our son lives. Was a great neighborhood to take a walk in. Also located close the Green Hills mall and all the great shopping and dining around there! The host was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. It truly felt like home away from home, and we will definitely be back!

The property is ideally situated near the Green Hills area in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. We were appreciative of a good working air conditioner during a heat wave.

Girls getaway

This was PERFECT for 3 women for our long weekend in Nashville! We each had our own bedroom and the common areas were just right. Easy drive to local attractions and used Uber for nights out on the town. From the 1st contact until checkout the property owner was very easy to reach and responded quickly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Christmas in July

Our family Christmas gift was a trip to Nashville. The house had plenty of room for all of us. We felt the area was in a great spot to be able to go to many attractions. Meghan was very responsive to messages. I would recommend staying in her home. Great trip!

Nashville fashion trip

This was a good fit for our family. We could spread out and we really enjoyed the pool table. It was very clean, and close to where we needed to be. Would love to have had some kitchen essentials as we all like to cook. We've grown accustomed to that at other rentals. The host was very quick to respond and answered all our questions. Would stay again.

Great location and great accommodations

The location is a 10-15 drive into downtown Nashville. The neighborhood is nice but it’s also quiet. We were a 5 minute drive to the grocery store. Meghan, our host, was very responsive and helpful. It was very hot during our stay, 90 degrees and humid, but the house stayed nice and cool. The only recommendation I have is to provide a cookie sheet or baking dish. We like to cook and that is the only thing we lacked. Thanks for a great stay!

The home was lovely and in a great neighborhood. It was close to food shopping and a short commute to downtown Nashville. The water in the master suite shower did not get hot during our stay. When we used the vacuum cleaner it smelled like vomit while it was running. Overall a good stay.

Girls trip

We had a wonderful time on our girls trip, and the property was very accommodating, in a great location, clean, lots of space, beautiful house. Just a couple things I would mention is we understood there was a hot tub, but it ended up being a jetted bathtub so we were a little disappointed about that, but not a dealbreaker. And if you want to cook, you need to bring your own, spices, cooking oil, etc., but again not a dealbreaker. All in all, it was wonderful place to be, and thank you Meagan for being so good about communicating in a timely manner. We would stay there again for sure.

21st birthday and dads weekend

A couple of my friends and our son's came to Nashville to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. This house was great because there were 4 separate bedrooms so each adult had their own and the boys shared one. There is a pool table and plenty of room for everyone to hang out. This house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood about 15 minutes from town. an Uber XL for 5 people to Broadway street on a Saturday night was $27 one way. We stayed in the middle of February when an ice storm hit and our flight home got canceled three times. Meghan was very responsive and accommodating with letting us extend our stay twice for an additional 4 days which was a lifesaver.

Great location but property needs TLC

The location of the property is great. Close to everything. The property itself needs some TLC. Outside needs major upkeep - landscaping was overgrown, outside space was not maintained and some areas of the house had rotted wood. The inside was decent but again could use some TLC. Also could use an exterminator. Our five-year-old grandson woke up one morning with spider bites on his arms and legs. Plus there were tiny ants in the kitchen around the window.

Great Nashville House

Such a great experience at the Greenhills House in Nashville. Clean, spacious, and wonderful furniture and a pool table to keep us entertained! Definitely worth a visit and staying here.

Perfect vacation spot

This house is amazing. So spacious and beautifully decorated. Located very near everything we wanted to do. And Meghan was very quick to respond and helpful with recommendations. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Family wedding week Nashville

We absolutely loved our stay in this wonderful house! We were in town for a wedding, and we had plenty of room in this lovely house! Great set up, nice and open, comfortable beds, and Meghan was so helpful And responsive!! Lovely neighborhood for walking.

Great house short drive to everything

Large central areas for playing board games and loved the pool table. We had 6 adults and there was more than enough room! Great beds and bedding, everything you need… short drive to everything! Very nice quiet neighborhood. We loved it!

We absolutely loved staying here. It’s a safe neighborhood and quiet. The home is beautiful! The beds were so so comfortable. Downtown was about 15 mins away- Uber seemed to be cheaper than lyft. The pool table was fun to have!! The host is very responsive. The check in process was easy as well as the check out. It’s nice we didn’t have to worry about anything at check out, just taking trash out, didn’t have to strip beds like with usual rentals. Definitely recommend!

When we bought our home, every detail was accounted for. Home is where the heart is, and there hasn't been a day spent here where life wasn't enjoyed to the fullest.
A home meant for memory making, waking up to the smell of fresh coffee and birds chirping. The sound of serenity in nature while enjoying the babbling creek behind our home while grilling out on the patio in the summer evenings. We love taking drives through the neighborhood and seeing the beautiful homes nearby, grabbing a quick bite at a trendy hot spot or sometimes a unique mom and pop spot for a little BBQ. Often, one of our favorite shows known as "Triple D" will showcase a neighborhood favorite. These hot spots are well worth the trip down the road!
Being so close to our high end shopping district is wonderful for our shop til you drop family members, as well as the local spas for the ultimate girl's retreat. During these times, our sports fans are off to the fun zones, hitting up Predator games or a soaking up the day checking out the music scene. Everyone can agree on the Bluebird.. espciaially if youre a fan of the show Nashville.. just to see what the buzz is about! Vanderbilt is minutes away as well!
We know you and friends or your family will love our unique home, as we do. Plenty of our traditions have been had here.. Granny's special pie, mom's home cookin.. you name it, we've enjoyed a lifetime of goodness here and cannot wait to hear about your stay in our beloved home. Welcome to Nashville!
