SORRY, BUT NO CHILDREN ALLOWED. This high-end resort style home is located on a secluded residential drive of the south brow on Petit Jean Mtn. Immaculately landscaped grounds with private hot tub and stone fire pit on the edge of the brow has 180 degree mountain, river and valley views. This beautifully scenic home has a large "one-of-a-kind" covered outdoor living area with TV, fireplace, and grill that is fully furnished and perfect for entertainment and dining. The breathtaking scenery from this home is unmatched by anything on Petit Jean Mountain. When sending a booking request please include a little about yourself and the guests who will be coming to stay with us. *** PLEASE NOTE *** With your booking request, you must submit the names and ages of each person that will be on the property - Please remember that no children are permitted on this property. This is a luxury vacation home with FOUR (4) person limit per stay. A maximum of FOUR (4) people are permitted on the property at one time. Each guest must be 30 years of age or older to be on the property. Copies of driver's license for each guest must be provided before booking will be approved. Our home is intended to be similar to a "Sandals" adults only resort. We do not allow partying or events of any kind. This beautiful vacation getaway is perfect for anniversaries, honeymoons, or just a peaceful break from daily life!!
(Must meet with Host for check-in by calling 5 min prior to arrival so Host can meet you for check-in.)

Just what we were looking for

Everything was perfect for our stay. Our hosts were gracious and welcoming. The property was private but easily accessible. The home itself was as spectacular as the view. We enjoyed every minute! Cannot wait to get to go back.

Dreamy vacation home

We loved this vacation home. My husband, my adult son, my son's girlfriend and I stayed for three nights while we attended a family wedding at Petit Jean State Park. We especially appreciated the homes privacy, the panoramic views, the hot tub and the owner's attention to detail. It was beautiful. Fonda and Brandon were lovely hosts, and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Bravo!

Wonderful Vacation Spot!

Beautiful location, private setting, quiet and well managed. Enjoyed a great view as well as the many attractions Petit Jean Mountain and surrounding areas have to offer! We experienced a vacation that will be remembered for years to come and will be headed back soon!

Fantastic

Absolutely top notch rental. The house is lovely, and well set up for 2 couples since the bedrooms/bathrooms are separated by the living area. The house is comfortably furnished, very clean, everything works great and it is well supplied. The deck area is impressive and the views are absolutely beautiful. Communication with the owners is easy and they made us feel very welcome while still giving us our privacy. The area offers wonderful hiking and several state parks are nearby. We had a wonderful stay and will most definitely return to this rental if we find ourselves in the area again.

60th Birthday Getaway

Fonda and Brandon were the ultimate hosts. The ultimate picture of hospitality! There was not one thing that we found lacking or would change! From the time we were contacted until the moment we left, we felt like we had been to paradise! Pampered and sheltered from the real world! We are already planning our return!

This house was amazing! The owners have thought of everything. We had anything we needed. But the view was incredible! It is worth it to get up and see the sunrise!

Wonderful views inside and out

We had a great stay at the Bluff Point Cottage. The home was tasteful and comfortably appointed, with a deck and outdoor area to die for. Fonda was a great host and thought of all the necessities for a great visit. Will stay again, with pleasure.

Beautiful and Peaceful!!!

Would give more than 5 stars if we could. This home is the best place we've ever stayed, from the property to the hosts. Their hospitality and attention to detail really makes this a luxury home getaway. Hated to leave and look forward to getting to come back and stay longer.

Beautiful forest paradise

Celebrated my 50th bday with close friends & had an amazing trip! This home is absolutely beautiful inside & out down to every detail!! That view & everything else is even better in person. Hiking trails close by and quaint local shops. No need to leave the area once there! Highly recommend!!!

Romantic Getaway

My wife and I came here for a romantic getaway for the weekend and everything was perfect! The host met us at the cabin and showed us everything. The house was gorgeous and so comfortable. They went above and beyond with having everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back!

Anniversary dream!

We stayed at Bluff Point Cottage for our 30th wedding anniversary and it was a complete dream! It is the most peaceful, gorgeous setting. Fonda and Brandon have created a picturesque home that is amazing down to every last detail and they are the kindest hosts we’ve ever met. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home! Amazing Location and Hospitality

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is on an amazing piece of property with stunning views and the hospitality that we received was beyond what anyone would expect. The home was CLEAN and had those little touches that added to our stay. It was just what we needed to not only relax but enjoy the nearby Petit Jean State Park. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone! We would love, love, love to stay again soon!

Amazing Trip

The pictures do not do this property justice. The views were great, the house was so well designed and all of the amenities made for a great trip. We really enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and heater on the back balcony. The property owners were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The Best View!

This was the perfect place for our family to stay in Petit Jean. The house is beautiful and the view is breathtaking! The hosts are wonderful. They supplied more than we needed. They were the perfect balance of attentive and privacy-giving. I highly recommend this place and intend to stay there again

A little piece of Heaven

My husband and I wanted a quiet place to go for the 4th of July. We found the perfect place. We loved everything about it. The views are spectacular. The house is beautiful and comfy. Simply the best!

Fonda and Brandon are wonderful hosts and have created an amazing property. The house is beautiful and the outdoor space is second to none. They have thoughtfully designed and equipped the property with everything you will need. The extra touches like robes and flip-flops for the beautiful walk to the hot tub are just one example of the the quality and attention to detail. Communication was excellent, keeping us informed while maintaining our privacy. The best rental we have ever had! Hope to come back again. Be sure to wake up early at least once during your stay to see the sunrise. It’s an inspirational view!

Best place we've stayed!

We had a wonderful experience at this house. It is exactly as the photos show. Beautiful house with gorgeous views. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. They gave us good advice to do a wal-mart pick up prior to driving up to the house. We enjoyed the hot tub, smores at the fire pit and burgers on the grill. The only downside is that there are no built in closets, but there are rods in each room to hang your clothes. This is the best VRBO we've experienced!

Very peaceful and relaxing

This cabin is such a great place for all age groups. We had the best time with ages ranging from 6 months old to 67. We came for a nice relaxing getaway close to home and this was perfect. The next day we invited family up for a little birthday celebration. Everyone raved about everything. The view was a crowd favorite. The cabin owners thought about every detail. We highly recommend and we will return!

Far Exceeds - 5 Star and more!!!

The absolute best short-term rental experience I've ever had and the competition isn't even close! From our wonderful host Fonda to the property itself, our stay was perfect!! I felt like we were given the 5 star hotel concierge treatment as our host met us for check-in to give us a brief run down of the many amenities and ensured us that if we needed anything at all during our stay, they would gladly take care of it for us. As good as the pictures look on this listing, the actual views are even better!! No expense was spared on the landscaping, decorating or furniture in this beautiful, nearly brand new built home. The property is within a mile of Petit Jean state park, which made for a perfect location for our daily outdoor adventures. Relaxing in the hot tub for sunsets or watching unobstructed sunrises made for everlasting memories. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.....Already looking at the calendar to plan our next stay!!

One of a kind experience!

We've stayed at a lot of places over the span of decades but this experience rates up there with one of the very best! Can't say enough great things about the amazing property and view. Absolutely best in class! Our hosts were two of the nicest and most caring we've ever met. The view from the back of the property is amazing from the sunrises to the hawks flying at eye level as you sit in the hot tub and lament that eventually you will have to leave such a beautiful and serene experience. Will be back early and often!!!!! Thanks so much to our hosts again!

Mountain Top Heaven

Wow! Over the past years we have stayed in about all the Mountain top bluff properties on Petit Jean. THIS property is absolutely the best one of all of them, by spades. It appears brand new and looks and feels like a luxury resort. What a really fun place to stay and with views that are incredible. The pictures online do not do it justice. It's even prettier in person. Fonda and Brandon, the hosts, are the best. In our opinion, this property is the best on the mountain. We would give it 10 out of 10 stars if we could. Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful and enjoyable home - we will be coming back for sure! :)
