SORRY, BUT NO CHILDREN ALLOWED. This high-end resort style home is located on a secluded residential drive of the south brow on Petit Jean Mtn. Immaculately landscaped grounds with private hot tub and stone fire pit on the edge of the brow has 180 degree mountain, river and valley views. This beautifully scenic home has a large "one-of-a-kind" covered outdoor living area with TV, fireplace, and grill that is fully furnished and perfect for entertainment and dining. The breathtaking scenery from this home is unmatched by anything on Petit Jean Mountain. When sending a booking request please include a little about yourself and the guests who will be coming to stay with us. *** PLEASE NOTE *** With your booking request, you must submit the names and ages of each person that will be on the property - Please remember that no children are permitted on this property. This is a luxury vacation home with FOUR (4) person limit per stay. A maximum of FOUR (4) people are permitted on the property at one time. Each guest must be 30 years of age or older to be on the property. Copies of driver's license for each guest must be provided before booking will be approved. Our home is intended to be similar to a "Sandals" adults only resort. We do not allow partying or events of any kind. This beautiful vacation getaway is perfect for anniversaries, honeymoons, or just a peaceful break from daily life!!

Incredible location and view of Ozarks! The deck, fire pit, and hot tub were so beautifully designed. Thanks for sharing this great vacation spot so close to Petit Jean and it’s wonderful hiking trails.

This was one of the most beautiful houses we have ever stayed. The outdoor living space was so enjoyable and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. And I haven’t even mentioned the stunning view!The host met us when we arrived and explained everything, and then they were close by if we had problems or questions. Highly recommend staying here! A very lovely week of relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was everything advertised and more. The hosts have thought of all the little things - toiletries, plenty of paper goods, fully stocked kitchen with cooking spray and seasonings, as well coffee bar, drinks, popcorn and popper, and a few extra snacks. The property was beautiful and relaxing with amazing views. We saw deer, hummingbirds, and a road runner. Local attractions are close by. Hosts met us on arrival to familiarize us with the property and introduce themselves. They are gracious hosts, prompt to reply to any inquires and very accommodating. Highly recommend this relaxing and luxurious getaway.

We’ve stayed at many properties across the country in our travels. Bar none this is the most beautiful and amazing property we’ve ever experienced! We are already planning a return trip this fall. Fonda and Brandon are the most incredible hosts and we’re available to do a brief welcome and orientation upon arrival and then touched base with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we need. We can’t recommend this magical place enough!!

In a word …. FANTASTIC! Brandon and Fonda are fantastic. The property is fantastic. The views of valleys, mountains and forests are fantastic. The property exceeded our expectations. Brandon is a text away if you need anything, even just questions about the area.We had a FANTASTIC, relaxing time and have booked a return visit.

We had the most wonderful vacation at this stunningly beautiful property. Every detail was perfect. The wood was stacked and ready in the fire pit. The hot tub was hot and spotless. The outdoor living room had the comforts of home. Our host even arranged programming so we could watch a sporting event.
An evening to remember. We will be back!

Fonda and Bryan are the best host. The Bluff Point Cottage is the most relaxing place that we have ever stayed. The views from the home are incredible.

What a wonderful property! Five stars because it is just that good. Great hosts with outstanding amenities and a Million Dollar view. Bluff Point Cottage is a beautiful private mountaintop mini-resort only one hour from Little Rock. We look forward to staying there again!

This cabin is top notch, beautiful scenery just book it pick up your clothes and food and go! They even had robes ready and waiting for us! Fonda the owner is the sweetest!!!

Wonderful Vacation Spot!

Beautiful location, private setting, quiet and well managed. Enjoyed a great view as well as the many attractions Petit Jean Mountain and surrounding areas have to offer! We experienced a vacation that will be remembered for years to come and will be headed back soon!

Beautiful views. Lovely home. Outstanding ourspace.

We enjoyed being outside at this property so much. The back deck offers so much comfort and the views were great! The hot tub and firepit were very nice, with great views from there as well. We loved the whole property and will go back again.
