5 Star Plus. Beautiful house without being fussy. Wonderful location in the heart of the prettiest part of Ark. Close to activities but not in them. Wonderful stay, highly recommended!

Beautiful well-equipped house and awesome view! Owner was very responsive and immediately sent someone to drain and clean the hot- tub for us! Lots of firewood for the nice fire-ring. Cautioned the kids about the back yard drop-off and fortunately they listened. Great location to explore the beautiful Petit Jean State Park. Wish we could have stayed longer!

I highly recommend staying here! Beautiful home with beautiful mountaintop view. Well stocked with basic items needed. Comfortable beds. It was great being so close to Petit Jean State Park, where we enjoyed hiking each day. It was great to come home with a hot tub after a long day hike! And enjoyed a couple nights around the fire pit. Only suggestion, stock well for groceries as nearest stores is about 20 minute drive. The host was great answered promptly! If you plan to go to Petit Jean State Park, this is the home where you want to stay!

This was an awesome place to stay during our visit to Petit Jean state park. It's a very short drive to get into the park from here. It's also very easy to get to Morrilton, which is probably the closest town for restaurants and groceries to the park. The views from the large windows and screened in porch are amazing. The one time we needed to reach out to the host for something they responded very quickly and were nice. When we come back, we'll definitely be looking to stay here again.

This is a such a beautiful home with everything we needed for our stay. It has stunning views looking over the Arkansas river. Beautiful enclosed porch to sit & enjoy the view & great place to see the sun rise. We especially enjoyed the fact we were close to The Nest wedding venue where our daughter was married this weekend. We were not able to take advantage of the hot tub or fire pit due to our busy schedule & the excessive heat-would love to return to this home and use these amenities as well.

The view was spectacular. What set this property’s view from other homes we’ve rented in the area was the view from inside the home. The wall of windows allowed for a full view of the landscape down the mountain. The small screened in porch was perfect. The home was clean, in good condition and satisfied all of our needs. This home would be perfect for two families to share or a nice place for a girls trip.
