The place was really nice and close to the beach which was comfortable. We went in the middle of August so it was quite hot outside and while there were a few fans inside to help cool it down, it would still be pretty hot. Host was great and stay was great otherwise.

The room was clean and as pictured. Parking was right in front of room, and host Kelly was friendly and available when needed one item. Fans provided sufficient air and bed was comfortable.

I was in San Diego for two months for a healthcare internship in Point Loma. I really enjoyed the location, which is very walkable to most all of Ocean Beach, Sunset Cliffs, and the surrounding shops and restaurants. Enjoyed my stay.

Nice but very basic room. What you see in picture is what you get. Also, the entrance is in an ally Easy walk to "downtown" OB. The highlight of the room was a very nice shower. Not a lot of layout space either. The hose was very good about getting the info to me with plenty of time

We had a fabulous time and my son found the restaurant by the ocean and that's the only place we ate while we were there and it was so nice not having to look for a parking place everywhere we went thank you so much we had a wonderful time

This is the perfect spot if you'd like to walk to and from the beach. The host was friendly and responded quickly to our needs. On you're way to the beach and down Newport you'll find all the coffee shops, and restraunts. We found out The ocean pier is closed but it was a fun atmosphere day and night. There is also a business center in the middle of the shops where you can leave your luggage or bags so you don't have to haul with you and head to the beach. Theres also a couple places to rent chairs, blankets, beach supplies, etc.

This place is exactly as the pictures. It was quaint, clean and very close to the beach and restaurants. I understand most places in the area do not have AC, but the listing said this unit did, and that was NOT the case. So I felt that was a bit misleading. The room didn’t have good airflow so it felt a little uncomfortable to sleep at night. We used the fan in front of the open door for a few minutes which temporarily helped. I wish I was aware and better prepared for that, otherwise the location was great and kelly was very responsive.

The location of the stay was convenient and located in a nice, central neighborhood, close to sunset cliffs and ocean beach. However, upon arrival to the place, we did not have toilet paper in the bathroom. When asked, it took hours for a response and when we finally got a response, we were told to get them in the locked laundry room. When we came home to look for it, we didn’t find any, it took 24 hours before we receive toilet paper. One of the towels provided had a yellow stain. Additionally, the room itself smelled like marijuana every time we came home and it seemed like it came from the main home upstairs.
