Looking for a spacious home with a private pool, hot tub, and outdoor entertaining space within Rehoboth Beach city limits? This 3,400 sq. ft. home next to Silver Lake is the perfect spot for families and large groups — and one of the few properties in Rehoboth with a private pool + hot tub!

Booking Summer 2027 Now! Reserve Your Vacation! Weekly rentals only from June 26-August 21. Please do not request partial weeks in that time frame.

Sarah and Lynne Have a great gem that checked all of our boxes, Location was the best. We had a 1 yr old and the playground behind the house at the school was wonderful and we also had a dog, so very close to be able to walk easily to Dewy beach which was dog friendly and Rehobeth beach was closer to walk with a 1yr old. The house is what we look for, a lot to offer, pool was a nice extra for a change from the beach. It rained one afternoon so the party garage worked, we could close the doors and have a pool table, tv. bar and cornhole, which we used every night while we were there. The house had plenty of space for 7 adults, a child and a dog. Thank-you both for allowing strangers to rent your adorable home and your restaurant suggestions were excellent, we walked to everything. Hope to revisit someday, first time there, we all loved the area. Lisa

Our grown children flew in to vacation with us and and our dog -- this house was just perfect for all of us. The house is situated on a quiet street and it has a well-manicured fenced in backyard that our dog really enjoyed. Each bedroom has an ensuite bath, which was great for everyone's privacy and comfort. The pool and hot tub were a great place for the family to hang out - with easy operating instructions to use the jetted tub with water heated or not (and with jets or not). Separate TVs in every room and even in the party barn allowed everyone to choose their own entertainment at times without bothering others -- and was a great memorable place for everyone to hang out and watch the World Cup final! The easy walk to the beach was a huge plus, and the foldable wagon made it even easier. We've stayed at many VRBO properties and have never had hosts as communicative as these. This was an unforgettable vacation and we can't rave highly enough. We can't wait to come back!

The home is beautiful, and the party barn was a huge hit. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals, and the beds were so comfortable. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive.

Beautiful Beach Stay

We have stayed at a number of beach accommodations and this was the best of the bunch. The house was stocked with everything we needed plus the party barn and pool were big hits with the grandsons. The location made for a quite stay but many attractions were within walking distance and there is ease car access to dining, shopping, and entertainment venues. If the family decides to have another Rehoboth Beach get together, this will be the first place we consider. Have to give it an A rating.

Splendid property with much use of the pool and hot tub. Party barn was a hit especially when the coastal storm blew in. We enjoyed movies both inside and outside. The beach was exactly a mile walking, which made it easy. And everyone had their own space to decompress. Excellent week!

We had the best time over New Years with family! This house is comfortable and fun with an amazing layout. They garage is a great place for the family to play games and hang out! Thank you so much! Oh, the owners are awesome as well!

Perfect girls weekend

My three college roommates and I rented the home for a girls weekend during the winter. We had a lovely time cooking, playing games, and lounging on the sofa chatting. The home is an easy drive from shopping, restaurants, and (of course) the beach and it was such a lovely and relaxing place to be together.

Had a Great Time!

Kitchen was fine. Loved the Party Barn. We used the pool, air hockey and foosball tables many times. We also took advantage of the TV and mini fridge. Used the bikes every day. (some need some a little TLC). The pool and hot tub were used every day, especially by the kids. Some of the outside furniture need attention. In particular the large umbrellas needed repair or replacement. The basement bunkbed arrangement for the 3 kids worked out well. The master bedroom and king bed room on the second floor were fine. The other bedroom on the second floor was OK but I received complaints that the air-conditioning was sometimes blowing too forcefully making it uncomfortable (maybe a different diffuser might help)We had some initial problems finding the place but after a couple of days the street network became familiar. The beach was a little further away then we would have liked but we used the bikes and had a drop off/pickup system in place pretty quickly. We walked downtown several times. In general walking/biking around town was a delight!Other comments: I guess you got the message about one of us (me) backing up and knocking over the mailbox (which we repaired)(Sorry about that). We ended up with only one dog. She loved the back yard and had a great time! I thought the City's charge for on street parking is outrageous. (120). I did get a ticket before I got the parking pass. (we had 3 vehicles) You may want to warn folks about this in the future. All the best!

Hi Raymond! Thank you for all of this feedback! The outdoor umbrella must have been damaged over the summer. We have gotten rid of it and plan to replace ASAP. If you stay in the future, you can park a 3rd car in front of the garage instead of purchasing a parking pass. Sorry about that! I am glad that you and your family enjoyed your stay, the pool and the hot tub! Hope to have you back again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Bethany Beach! The home was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our family to relax after long days at the beach. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home.The location was fantastic—close enough to enjoy the beach and local attractions while still being in a quiet, peaceful area. We especially appreciated how easy everything was, from check-in to check-out.Our family made so many special memories during this trip, and this home was the perfect place to gather together. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

We loved our stay in Rehoboth. The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. Our group of 11 had plenty of space. The kids spent hours at the pool and in the play room outside every day and preferred staying at the house than going to the beach. Hosts were very kind, responsive, and helpful. Location was great.
