Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome cottage within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Everything needed was very handy, very clean, great AC and comfortable beds. Very close to beach access. Emmons Realty stayed in touch and provided support if needed. We will book again.

Perfect Cottage on Saint Simmons

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful three-day stay at the Stumble Home cottage! Two blocks from the beach, right next door to food, coffee, and shopping. The cottage is beautifully decorated and outfitted with anything you might need for a vacation stay. Great kitchen, great bathrooms, great bedrooms. Bring your own beach towels and chairs, wagon.

Great location: convenient to all of the beaches and many of the best restaurants. Master bed is very comfortable. Closet space is limited; plan to live out of your suitcase. We would stay here again.

Cozy, clean and convenient

Great little home. Plenty of room for a family of 4. Bed rooms were decent size and the bathrooms had been remodeled nicely.

Awesome cottage in a great location! Short wagon ride with the kids to the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and brewery! Cute, quaint, and convenient. We loved it!

We didn't have pets but property was adequate for our needs. Beds were comfortable. Concerns were with dishwasher not working properly, didn't seem to get hot, patio not usable. Location was goid.

Lovely Home and Perfect Location

Loved this charming home! Beautiful decorations and comfortable furniture. Restaurants, beach, shops were in walking distance! Lived sitting in the swing in the front porch! Will definitely be back!!

Great little cottage on St. Simmons

Perfect little cottage on the Island and close to eveything. Comfy even though it was very hot outside. I would recommend anyone needing a 3 bedroom on the Island, and not wanting to spend a fortune, pick this place.

The best weekend!

The beds were so comfortable, and the cottage had everything we needed! It's beside some of our favorite restaurants on the island, so it was the perfect location for us!

Nice location, short walk or ride to the beach, dog friendly.

Updated older home, the ground level was nice, it did have a couple steps coming in and out but convenient if your traveling with an older dog (we were) that has difficulties taking steps or if your elderly. Nice area, Crab trap and Crab daddies restaurant were right across the street, not too far from other local shops and the pier. Walking distance to the beach. We rented a golf cart to go back and forth which was more convenient! I would have preferred to have tv's in each bedroom but overall enjoyed our short stay!

Cute Beach House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Everything we needed for our family. Short (approximate 5 minute) walk to the beach. It is on the main road but we had no issues with crossing the street at all. We had one small issue and someone was there within 15 minutes to take care of it. Only complaint was yard needed some attention. We’d definitely recommend.

Perfect location for family vacation!

The beach access was a straight walk across the street from the home, and my inner yogi loved being able to access East Beach Yoga next door. You’re within a short distance of the Pier Village, Airport and even Redfern. The realty company was a breeze to work with! Can I also mention my pup loved the home too?! Would definitely stay again.

Good Location near all the golf courses

We came for my husband's Amateur Golf tournament weekend. It is a great place and location within walking distance of a few restaurants, a brewery, and a coffee shop. We stayed during the freeze of January the day after the ice storm and the owners were very accommodating and provided extra blankets.  Our favorite restaurant is Fiddlers.   Walking distance to the beach and 2 dogs love it. ( no leash during off-season). There is no backyard for the dogs to go to the bathroom- just the small front yard.  Overall, the great collection of antiques inside the cottage was cool.

Relaxing week

Everything was nice expect the property needed landscaping maintenance and some of the rental was below par. Screen door screen was tore and useless. The screened porch needed cleaned.

Loved the location. Overall we enjoyed staying at this location. The deck was not usable as it was not well cleaned. The furniture in the living area was not too comfortable. While I understand the decorations being a cottage vibe, it was over done. It is more important to have comfortable chairs with the ability to put your feet up so a footstool for the old man chair would have helped. In the en-suite bathroom, the sink and toilet were not anchored to the floor or wall. These are all fixable to make the stay even more enjoyable!

Enjoyed overall. The pictures and description is somewhat deceiving as doesn’t show or mention location on busy road or commercial property across the street. The bed in the front bedroom is HARD AS A ROCK and the front bathroom toilet doesn’t flush properly. The grill had not been cleaned in a long time. Otherwise, it was a nice cottage. Great kitchen, well equipped.

Great Location

This house is in a great location. Block straight down to the beach. Short walk to Crab Trap, Crab Daddy, Fiddlers and liquor store, brewery and stained glass shop( great for gifts). Biggest complaint is the silverware is undesirable. Left over from some old estate, severely tarnished, needs to be replaced. Pillows in one bedroom were extremely soft. This is on a busy street and I can imagine Memorial Day thur Labor Day it is crowded and noisy. Overall worked well for us .
