Amelia Island! Center island and 1.1 miles to the beach! EZ walk to shopping.

Home sweet home. This quaint bungalow is located center island within walking distance of shopping, groceries, restaurants, and more. The beautiful beach is only 1.1 miles away with sidewalk all the way. Downtown, quaint and full of history, restaurants and shopping is about a 7-minute drive, and so is the south end of the island, with a fishing bridge, horseback riding, the Ritz and the Omni. It is in a quiet neighborhood and perfect for that little getaway. And, if you like golf, the city course is only about 5 minutes away, while our famous Island Falls Golf (putt putt) is within walking distance. The yard is fenced in with a white picket fence, why, of course - a little blue house with a white picket fence. Perfectly homestyle. :) Waiting for you to enjoy!

Lovely, beautifully laid out and decorated home. Nice fenced yard for our dogs. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Nice quiet neighborhood. We look forward to coming back.

Pam was an excellent host. We brought our dog and the property is very dog friendly. The place was very clean and comfortable. My family had a great time!

The property was very clean and accommodating for our big family! We loved staying at the house, the showers were nice, the washer and dryer worked well and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware and dinnerware. The two livingrooms side by side were also nice allowing for us to do separate activities if needed when at the house.

This house is really cute and roomy the yard is large and fenced in which is ideal if you're traveling with a dog. The host is incredibly responsive and she stocked the house well. We didn't need anything. The location is ideal. We were going to rent something closer to the downtown district but so glad we chose this house because the train in the downtown area would have drove us crazy. Highly recommend this rental!

GREAT STAY

This was a great stay, the house was great and gave us the privacy as parents with teens that a hotel would not have given. Clean and good location to amenities.

A Wonderful Stay

We spent the month of March here. It was our first time in Amelia Island. The house is very inviting and cozy. The hosts were super nice. Amelia Island is a special place.

Cosy cottage

Comfortable, clean and homey cottage in a good neighborhood, close to everything. Hosts are great communicators and have thought of everything. Lots of extra touches make your stay even better. Will most definitely stay again!

Adorable place and great location!

This was the perfect place for us and our pup. Our dog was able to go outside and run around when needed. The location was great and easy quick drive to the beach or downtown. Everything we needed for our stay was provided and the owners were very accommodating.

Extra room for family

We stayed here for a family wedding. Was nice having our own home base. Plenty of room to sleep. Very accommodating hosts.

Cozy, comfortable, and cute!

Stayed here during the Amelia Island car show. Owners checked to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. House had ample room, great yard, and was convenient to shopping. Would stay here again!

Wonderful little home/great location

I stayed here with my wife, two daughters and our dog, had a wonderful time. The home was clean and well appointed. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had, was very communicative from the beginning through the end of our stay. She even left some popsicle treats in the freezer for my daughter's some nice coffee and a pastry for us all! This was a perfect spot for my family, definitely planning to stay here again on our next trip.

Great little bungalow!

Awesome bungalow! It had everything we needed for a weeklong stay. Pam even included treats and coffee for our arrival. Plenty of linens were provided and we loved having the washer dryer available. Rooms were adequate and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking gear. We loved having the fenced in yard for our small dog, but there were dogs across the street as well that barked sometimes. Conveniently located to grocery and the street was quiet and safe.
