Enjoy a 5-Minute Drive to the stunning Spotts Beach, perfect for serene swims and unforgettable scuba diving encounters with turtles!
Outside, a mesmerizing saltwater pool awaits, surrounded by sun loungers, and a patio with cozy seating. The expansive gardens boast mature fruit trees like mangoes, ackees, and papayas, attracting vibrant wildlife including parrots, chickens with their baby chicks, and the Cayman agouti (rabbit).
Indoors, the generously equipped kitchen features essential appliances, dual sinks, and a separate ice maker. A smaller kitchen table offers a casual dining spot, while a desk and chair serve as a functional workspace. For laundry needs, there's a washing machine, dryer, and the option for line drying outdoors.
The dining area showcases a long table with wooden chairs, ideal for group or family meals.
