Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Good location.
This is the couch that was there. No pillows, throws, blankets, and you couldn't control the AC so it was quite cold.

Great place for vacation

The stay was perfect, everything was as advertised. Close to restaurants and the access to the pool and beach were within a short walk.

View of the waterway was nice, location was great for beautiful beach access. Worth the value, beds were comfy. Air conditioning could not be adjusted so living room was always cold. Finally found the breaker to give it a break. Kitchen was NOT equipped. One plate, a couple mugs, one old frying pan. Toaster you had to hold handle for it to work.

This was one of the worst days I think I’ve ever had. We had issues checking in and the view that we paid for which was the ocean view. We did not get they put us on the back of the property facing the street. We dealt with street noise all night on both nights and that was just the beginning. The linens were filthy. There was blood and stains all over the sheets and the bedding and we were told that to get new. We’d have to come down. Bring the sheets with us and exchange them with housekeeping that there was a chair in the dining room around the table that was supposed to seat six and one of the legs collapsed under my daughter who weighs less than 100 pounds and she fell on the floor out of the chair, so there were a lot of amenities that were not what they were also supposed to be the room was literally painted over holes and cracks. There were stains all over the place all over the floor and the room was very Baron and empty. We had two kids with us and two adults, and there was barely enough silverware to even satisfy that small accommodation in a three bedroom suite only that but there were zero amenities or things to use to cook with and clean with. There was only one trash bag given, and no dish pod given to do the dishwasher. Only the living room tv worked the bedroom TVs did not even after a maintenance call, then the door lock stopped working, thankfully they fixed it, the one highlight of the trip.

The unit was filthy . Definitely not as the photos looked. The mirrors & windows were smudged, there was about an inch of dust around the base boards as well of crumbs & gunk all around the corners of the unit. The floor was filthy, the shower had hair & plastic in it, the bed skirt bad what appeared to be boogers on it - I could go on & on. The only upside was the beach access.

Great Location

This location is perfect. Just steps from the beach and a great view of the intercoastal from the balcony. The interior is a little dated, but clean and is a perfect place to lay your head and spend time. The check in process is very simple and you are just a 10 minute ride share from the heart of South Beach. If I make my way to Miami again, I will definitely stay here again.

The apartment was great. The views from rooms and balcony were amazing. The only complaint I have is the neighbors with the balcony right near the bedroom were extremely loud at 12am and beyond. Besides that, it was a great stay and highly recommend!

The apartment unit is way bigger than we expected. Luckily the parking is right below the building. The only complain was the kitchen isn't fully equipped.

Everything was fine. We enjoyed the location & beautiful view of Collins Ave. & the water. We were very impressed by the housekeeping department on the day we checked out of 5A. Saimary, our housekeeper that day found a computer & purse we inadvertently left behind. One we realized it was missing a local friend went to the property & Barbara, head of housekeeping checked & located the items in lost & found. Whew! What a relief. Thanks to all, including Roy the owner, for the great job! Hope to visit the property in the near future. Brenda

The building is pretty old and there's some things i didn't like, namely the secondary door to the suite which seemed like a security hazard. Also there's very few elevators so you'll be waiting a long time at certain points of the day. I also have a few maintenance issues upon arrival. Despite these things, i still say 4 stars because the staff made us feel welcome and toom care of our needs immediately. The view was great and the location was good (for families). Closer to everything yet far away enough that the nightlife isn't an issue.

Long Weekend

Stayed 4 nights. Mold in room, elevator problems. Very sterile room. Wait staff were in plain clothes and were rude. Guys working the pool were unapproachable and reminded me of cartel members.

Fall break family vacation

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the property was. I researched and saw some bad reviews but took my chances. The outside of the property is dated, but so is most of the properties along Miami Beach. The rooms were spacious and the views over the Bay side were amazing. The small restaurant on site had the best breakfast and prices were the best and most affordable that we found during our whole stay. Pool was clean and we enjoyed being right on the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Place looked beautiful but underfurnished. I had to purchase filters before learning that the coffe maker was broken! The place came with absolutely NO SUPPLIES, not even dish soap and dish towels. Most annoying of all, most of the outlets were so poorly installed that they didn't hold plugs, even for lamps, which flickered.

Stay at Seacoast

Overall rating high. This is our second time at Seacoast with Vrbo and we are all happy with the responsiveness and professionalism of agent. For minus are one elevator in use as the other one is always out of service and parking which requires renovation. Besides that everything was fine and we will book the Seacoast via Vrbo soon!
