CITY OF MIAMI BEACH PARKING permit FOR ZONE # 1 a restricted area with costs of $3.00 per each 24 hours period payable to the City.
This amazing property is located on Ocean Drive and 3rd.
South of Fifth. Centrally located in SOUTH BEACH
Direct open views to Ocean Drive from the apartment, A LOT OF NATURAL LIGHT. .
This apartment is close to everything you can possibly desire.
Many restaurants, attraction's, stores, public transportation and plenty of entertainment to fit all budgets and tastes.
This unit is perfect for couples or families.

24 hour supermarket and pharmacy one block away.

Pets are permitted. There are two waterfront parks one block from the apartment . Don't have to walk far to walk your pet or take your young ones to the playground.

Private pool and beach access from apartment building. Beach is only a few steps away from the pool area.

This is a spectacular upgraded one bedroom one bathroom unit located on the 3rd floor.
Building has a private secure entrance.
Walk out directly onto Ocean Drive.
Property is equipped with elevator for easy access to condo.
This beautiful unit has complete marble flooring throughout the condo and a marble stand up shower.
This condo comes equipped with a full upgraded kitchen with granite countertops.
Appliances include refrigerator stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all utensils, cooking ware, and dishes provided.
All linens and towels also included.
Sleeps 1-4 guests. Separate One bedroom with queen size bed also a full size sleeper sofa in and a personal convertible in the living room.
2 flat screen TVs. One in the bedroom and the other is in the living room.
Central A/C with unit control.
Washer and dryers available on each floor.
Early check-in and late check-out available. Fees may apply.
Owner is located locally.

Enrique was very informative. We really enjoyed our stay in this place. Beach just a step. Umbrella and 2 chairs are available at this location for free. A lot of attractions and restaurants near by.

The property was everything we needed and the host was very sweet at check out. Wish there was more options for closer parking but overall the stay was nice!

There are several several City of Miami Beach parking garage and some parking private lots near the property but the costs is higher The City of Miami Beach parking permit is $3.00 per each 24 hours period, it is for owner and guest only. All others parking are more than 10 times the rate with the permit. Zone # 1 South Point is a walking distance from the property, Thank You

The spot was nice. There was no beach view but one was not advertised so I wasn’t disappointed. The pool was nice and the beach was just out the back of the condo.

There were a few things that were weird, like getting the hot water to work in the shower and not being able to flush TP. Also no exhaust fan in the bathroom. But other than that it was a great listing. Perfect location, close enough to the action but far enough that it is quite at night. Right next to the beach and boardwalk! Owner was very communicative and willing to accommodate our requests. Would 100% recommend!

Apt was in amazing location, host was great at responding and provided all info. Pool and access to the beach was fabulous. The condo and building itself is dated but we knew that before hand so was expected.

Great location in Sofi with very easy access to the beach. The chairs and umbrella that were available were a nice bonus. Building is dated. Condo has the essentials. Bed was very comfortable.

This is an Art Deco Building, the building front picture show it. South Beach has one of the highest concentration of Art Deco properties in the world many visitor come to enjoy it, Many of this properties has historical protection and value.

Enrique was incredibly attentive and responsive whenever I had questions—he always got back to me right away. The room was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed, including towels, toiletries, and even a few thoughtful extras. The apartment is conveniently located just minutes from all the South Beach activities, which made getting around so easy.There was plenty of space for four people, though it is a bit on small side—but honestly, you’re not there to stay inside all day. You’re there for the experience, and it truly delivered. Overall, it was a five-star stay. Thank you, Enrique, for everything!

Throughout the trip there was a group of men jackhammering every day from morning until afternoon. It wasn't the host's fault as he wasn't made aware but for the second time coming to Miami our place we rent was being worked on which made it hard to relax. (We came in December, stayed at a hotel and it was being worked on as well--not this particular property but OMG I couldn't catch a break from it!)The property was clean, we were allowed to bring in our luggage before the condo was ready which was super nice of the host to allow that! The only other complaint was the WIFI service which was out for a few days, and my partner was oncall for his work which was a pain. Other than that the condo area was nice, had a great pool area, it was close to the beach which was a must for me. You were allowed to get free beach loungers and an umbrella which was great as well. All in all a good trip!

We, myself my wife and four year old enjoyed an excellent week at Enrique’s apartment. It it scrupulously clean, well equipped and perfect situation. Beach and pool can be accessed directly from the building. The Ocean Drive restaurant scene is a short walk away, as is a first class kids playground. No need for car. One valuable amenity was access to no cost umbrella and beach chairs on beach. Enrique was a solicitous host both in advance and during our stay.

Location 10/10! But there were 4 of us initially and the apartment is really only suitable for two. There isn’t a proper sleeper/sofa and many of the draws storage space is filled with the owners “stuff” meaning we lived out of our suitcases. Comes with a v good value parking permit but parking is a few blocks walk away and it’s tricky to load and unload outside apartment .
This simply lays flat and requires mattresse in plastic bag behind to lay on top :(

Thank you for your comments You have many expensive parking options but you chose the $3,00 per day and walk 3 small blocks. Pictures are showing leather convertible beds and mattress for each one protected properly with cover, The load and unload is very easy what is the word 'trick' mean for you. I already remove the rental options for less than 4 days This property has a very high percent of occupancy and has the more economical rate for a rental with pool located in the East side of Ocean Drive. Very high percent rate 9 to 10 which it is excellent. I will look to all others comments.

Nice vacations
