Clean place and quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the beach was great! Host was easy to communicate with, no problems! Would stay there again.

We stayed here on a trip to Redwood parks. House was very clean and comfortable. The wood pellet stove made for a cozy evening every night after hiking. The ocean waves are near in the distance and very relaxing! The neighborhood is pretty worn down, but this house is a gem. A little far from some of the northern parks, but a nice location overall

We love the proximity to Arcata where our daughter goes to college. It’s a beautiful location by the beach with some beautiful views. Eureka offers some great places to eat and Amy suggested RAMONES bakery the last time we stayed in Samoa and we absolutely love their cake selection! They have delicious baked goods too!

We absolutely loved this place. Everything was easy and the home was crisp and fresh. Amy was very communicative as well. The beds and sitting areas were very comfortable. We had a very relaxing stay.

This place was set up perfectly! The home was absolutely gorgeous! And the views! We had everything we needed and more. The hot tub was clean and so nice! Views from the kitchen were so lovely The host gave so many options for things to do in the area and was extremely responsive! I feel like we got the best house in the area! Anyone looking for a place in this area should definitely try out this one!

Came to Arcata for flight training with my wife. Outstanding location and views of the ocean. Saw a wonderful fireworks display!!

Seaside holiday

We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving - gorgeous house and location, easy walk to the beach, and very comfortable. We loved the Portuguese touch. Getting checked in was easy and the property manager was incredibly responsive - we’d definitely stay again next time we’re in the area.

Host was readily available & very responsive to our needs. Hot tub water was 30 days past due needing changed. View from the hot tub & sunset amazing. Well stocked & clean. Nice short term getaway spot in old logging community housing. Many houses still in need of repair but this rental was very modern & nice

This spot is absolutely delightful! The home is spacious with a wonderful open floor plan which makes it feel larger than expected. The eye to detail with regard to the decor and design is amazing! It is also beautifully appointed with absolutely everything you need to enjoy this comfortable home with extraordinary views! An added benefit is the pass through to the beach so a stroll on the sand is just a short walk away. Thank you for creating such a beautiful home for others to enjoy.

Home away from home

This property is perfect for someone that does not live in the area. Well equipped with all the comforts of home yet total vacation vibe. Hot tub was nice, beach walk was awesome, had the beach to ourselves. The house is newly remodeled with a lovely kitchen.area

Pleasant Stay

Our family enjoyed this house & the ocean views. The house is newly remodeled & has nice and comfortable furniture. The house was supplied with everything we needed. We enjoyed the fully fenced backyard for our small dog and young son. The beach was a sort walk from the house which was also a bonus.

Great Getaway Location!

We made a girls trip to the coast and this little house was perfect! Newly updated with a great yard for my pup. We could sit at the dining table and hear the ocean. Walking distance to the beach and short drive from the redwoods. Communication with property manager was excellent, even gave us tons of information of where to visit. A+++
