2 bedroom, 2.5 bath features balcony overlooking therapy pool!
Freshly decorated in local beach themes, this bungalow is sure to please. Cozy corner dinette + bar seating. Flat screen televisions in both bedrooms & living area. Convenient 1st floor half bath w/laundry. Fully equipped kitchen complete w/ margarita machine, Ice maker & dishwasher. Master bedroom features queen bed, bath w/ walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom has twin beds w/ full bath. Both open onto balcony. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. The perfect size & a wonderful location within 350 yards to the beach, (5 min walk). Nestled in between panama city beach & destin (20 min. Each way). Wonderful restaurants/shopping nearby-do not need a car- rent bikes or a golf cart close by!
Beautiful dunes & lakes surround this area & the bike trail extends down 30a through all the quaint beach communities (rosemary beach, seaside, grayton beach, etc.)
Pet friendly community however, dogs are not allowed on some beaches & only owners can obtain permits so check 1st!

Beautiful and convenient location! We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the community pool and hot tub. On our rainy day, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the storm. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. Comfortable and cozy stay! We would stay again!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this adorable bungalow. From the minute we walked in, we felt right at home. The beach themed decor was perfect, and the house had everything we needed to get our stay started. Communicating with the owner was a breeze too. She was SO helpful!! We loved our stay, and we loved the area too!!! It was a win-win beach trip for my whole family!!! :)

The layout of this bungalow was perfect for our needs. The location was great and the area felt safe and secure. Our pups loved it as well. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Seagrove Beach

My mom and I had a wonderful time. It was the perfect walking distance to the beach and we loved admiring all of the home decor and charm.

Another great stay

A great, clean bungalow. Really enjoyed staying here again, especially with the small pool right outside the door. The bungalows are in a great location, close to the beach and walking distance to various restaurants and shops.

This was the perfect weekend getaway! The bungalow itself was the perfect size, very neat and clean, and decorated so “beachy” cute! The area was very nice and quiet-not right on the main busy highway, but not too far to walk or bike to the beach. We did not use the bikes, cart, or beach chairs, but it was nice to know they were available. There was also a nice new grill that we also didn’t use, but if we had stayed longer I’m sure we would have put it to good use. Teresa was a great host. She made contact with us before and after our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We definitely plan to stay here again!

This was our second time staying at this property. It’s a quick and easy walk to the beach, has a great swimming pool and one small pool right outside its front door, has bikes and beach gear. It’s just comfortable and was perfect for us.

First of all the pictures online of this property dont match the current state of which this property is now. I am referring to inside the bungalow. These properties are all separate units. I am familiar with these properties as I have stayed there before. I am shocked this property had a 10 overall rating. When I entered the property, there was a pair of swim shorts that were stiff in the dirty sink and clutter all over the counters, dust and dirt all underneath the coffee table the covers on the chairs. Throw pillows were dirty and stained...no soap in the upstairs bathroom. The master mattress was OK. The mattresses in the second bedroom or terrible. So bad my friend had to sleep on the couch and I had to use towels from my car to cover up the couch because everything just looked and felt dirty. The reason I went on and stayed and did not leave to go find somewhere else is it was impossible to find anywhere else because it was Labor Day weekend. I also had my dogs with me so that also limited my choices on where I could stay. The Seagrove bungalows are typically not a bad choice to stay and it's convenient and clean. I would just avoid staying here if all possible. I can't imagine any management company that would take on this rental property without it being gutted and starting over… this place needs painting and deep cleaned as soon as possible.

Great Bungalow

A great bungalow that is warmly decorated with a beach theme. The bungalows are a 5 min walk to the beach and have nice pools to relax in after the beach.

Best place to getaway!

We absolutely loved our bungalow! The neighborhood is very family friendly! Teresa had everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect little bungalow!

This was the perfect place for my toddler son and I to have a little getaway together! It was quiet and clean, and we enjoyed the small pool right outside. Our host was helpful and quick to respond. We’d love to return!

Great place to stay!

The house was perfectly decorated and everything was in good working order. The only negative things were some dishes were put away dirty and there was only one beach towel and no paper goods. All in all a great place to stay. We would love to stay again.

Relaxing & comfortable

We loved the bikes and the pool right in front. Very cute area and very quiet and private location. Everything was PERFECT! Beach right at the end of a quiet street, bikes were perfect to get to Seaside. Everything was super easy! We hope to return again to this unit!!!!

Family Friendly Beach House

My wife and young daughter spent a long weekend here and absolutely loved it. The house had all the amenities we needed plus had multiple pools on site. It was about a 7 minute walk to public beaches and close to lots of shops and restaurants. We hope to be back in the future!

Loved the Bungalow. Perfect spot next to pool. Clean and plenty of room. Also loved being able to have my pups with me. Great neighborhood to walk in.

Cozy, peaceful, comfy

It was a beach perfect home! Exactly what we needed for a little pit stop on the way home and visit to the beach. Owner was very sweet. Home was so beautiful. Pool right out front was relaxing after the drive. Beach was literally straight down the road. Had a book inside with almost anything and everything information wide inside. Wished we could have stayed longer!

This property is perfectly located! We have been looking for a couple of years from Destin to Appalachicola & this was our 1st trip to the quaint beach communities of South Walton. We fell in love with this 'park like' setting so close to the beach! We could not believe we actually found a bungalow available to be purchased! The bungalows offered everything we were looking for- perfect size, excellent amenities, on-going events all year long, charming community w/ excellent restaurants, shopping, golf but most importantly- half block to the beach! I'm usually not an 'ocean swimmer but the water here is crystal clear & you can see all the way down to the white sand.

Nestled perfectly between destin & panama city beach away from the crowds in a beautiful natural environment surrounded by parks, lakes & dunes and we can walk right out of the bungalow to the infamous 'emerald coast' to watch the most beautiful sunsets over the white sandy beach ! Cottage is comfortable & the perfect size! Wonderful selection of restaurants, leisure activities to please all ages.
