One Seagrove Place is undergoing an exciting property improvement project beginning October 1, 2026, including the construction of a brand-new pool and boardwalk area. The pool is expected to reopen in early spring 2027.



To help you plan your stay, please review the following important updates:

- Pool Closure: The pool will remain closed throughout construction, with reopening anticipated in early spring 2027.

- Construction Noise: Guests should expect elevated noise levels during normal construction hours. Some phases may be louder than others.

- Beach Access: The direct beach walkway may be temporarily rerouted. When necessary, guests can use the public beach access walkway immediately next to the building.

- Limited Parking: Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation. All guests must be properly registered to avoid towing or immobilization.

- Bicycle Rentals & Storage: On-site bicycle rentals and storage will be unavailable during construction. Personal bicycles must remain on your vehicle and are not permitted inside the building.

- Beach Chair Service: Coastal Beach Service operates on-site from March 1 through October 31. Outside these dates, guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs and umbrellas. Rentals are also available through Redfish Rentals at 850-213-1240.

Unit 0408 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with a coastal-inspired design. Located in the most desired spot in the building, this condo features an oversized beachfront patio with stunning views of the dunes, pool, and breathtaking sunsets. Positioned on the west end for added privacy, the entryway offers extra space to store beach chairs and umbrellas. Conveniently located on the fourth floor, you can easily skip the elevator.



The kitchen has been expanded and modernized with white shaker soft-close cabinets, marble countertops, and a tiled backsplash. Whether you're making a quick snack or a full meal, the kitchen is fully equipped. There's seating for two in the kitchen bar and four at the dining table.

The living room is designed for comfort, featuring a Queen-sized sleeper sofa and a large Smart TV. Mirrored walls reflect the beach and sky, adding brightness and a spacious feel. Floor-to-ceiling windows in both the living area and master bedroom offer beautiful Gulf views and direct access to the tiled patio.

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
